Average global revenue per 1,000 downloads (eCPM) of US$41.00 (Q1 2022: US$48.50) and it had previously been US$55 So the download figures are UP but the revenue per download is DOWN from $55 to $41 - a 25% decline
Revenue in Q1-22 was $19.5m and now it's $15.4m - a 21% decline
Some BBBoard members are blatant rampers even when the market reacts like it has this morning...
agreed Metalhead, very promising... can we dare to believe that this will return to the £1 level? They seem to be doing everything well and 'heading in the right direction', watch this space...
The SP only reached £22 last year due to speculation of a takeover (and some ardent ramping on here) it had nothing to do with the company's fundamentals. While a maiden dividend is obviously most welcome and a great signal for the future, it only represents 2% of the company's current SP and equates to the company giving back to shareholders a total of about £1.3 million.
Happy with the results obviously, and happy with the proposed share consolidation; I would have liked to know what level of profit was generated in the last quarter, releasing that information may well have helped the SP rise this morning as it would have given us a guide to what the FY23 EBITDA could reach.
your shares will be bought (at 0.695p) by Songtradr if the takeover goes ahead and the £££ deposited in your account, it will be an automatic process; there is going to be a shareholder vote and they need (i think it's) 70% to vote yes in order for the takeover to go ahead, if it doesn't go ahead then the shares might drop back to their former level... If I've got any of that wrong I do apologise, there was an RNS detailing the inns and outs so maybe go read that. As ever DYOR. Onto the next investment...
Yes, I don't need the money right now, so while I scout around for my next investment I'll HOLD in case a rival offer emerges... well I'll hold for a week or two!
Well personally I am disappointed by the FY2022 figures and don't expect the SP to make a big move up today (although very happy to be wrong of course!) Last year forward booked sales were 45m and this year the figure is 44m, and FY22 revenue of 75m is much lower than many on here expected, and profit of 3.6m against last years figure of 3.1m is again disappointing (while the fact it has increased is good news.)
