Let's see what tomorrow's RNS says regards the 2021 H1 trading figures, pretty good IMHO, that also gives the board time to voice a proper response to AAA's RNS from today.

some chunky late reported BUYs this morning, 3 around the £44k mark and one around the £36k mark
but because they pop up late they are called SELLs on the trading page, when you look at the bid/ask at the time of the trade they are clearly BUYs

And some folk laughed at me valuing this at £7 when it was at £2, they are not laughing now!

Someone must be confident putting in almost £100,000 buying 15,000 shares at £6.66 late yesterday... well they are already up about 3%, I wonder what their exit price is, £10 maybe?

Mikey you are so wrong. I started live streaming stand up comedy shows for the big comedy promoter here in Bath last year, and we are going to continue live streaming long after lockdown and covid have passed when he can once again have full auditoriums. Our live streams have been watched by people all around the globe who visited Bath as tourists and watched a show, joined the mailing list and obviously can't physically make it to future shows.

Also there are folk in Bath who for a variety of reasons can't make it to live shows in person. Maybe the tickets have already sold out, they might be disabled or have a short illness, they might not be able to get baby-sitters, they might be short of funds, plenty of reasons as you see; but they CAN watch the show live at home for a minimal charge.

So I have been "running the numbers" for 2021 US income based on the figures from Triton Digital for January and February 2021 and the revenue per 1000 listens published in the annual report rounded up to $40 (actual figure of $39.34 in the annual report) assuming download growth of 6% per month (actual growth between Dec 2020 and Feb 2021 was 6.4% and 6.6% respectively.)
Total income for US alone would be $32 million, up from total world income of $26.8 million in 2020, a rise of 12% and that is just from the US. I suspect the actual total income from all territories will be much closer to $40 million.

Just my research, please do your own research too, I look forward to reading all of your thoughts.

Let's not forget that 43% of shares are held by Nick Candy, AAQUA, 192, HIM and Slovar, none of whom are likely to sell any stock soon, which takes the effective free float to about 9m shares.... This stock is like the proverbial Rocking Horse ****!
I have 9,500 at the moment and will not be selling any until we hit £10, and then probably not; the future is bright, trading update in just 10 trading days time.....

Hi Aerial, it’s been a while matey since I’ve posted on the PROX chat, but now the recent SP rise has woken me from my early grave, and is trying once again to breathe life into my rotting flesh. I still have 383k shares from the old school and am poised to sell my ailing MMX stock to average down massively here, much like I did when 7DIG were at 0.5p. That is paying off and I trust this decision with PROX will pay off too. Hope you are well Aerial..... Ax

Interesting turn of events this afternoon
At 1317h a massive £254,000 buy of 87,500 shares at 290.5p
And now the BID is at 300 and the ask at 310
It’s a cliche but..... BOOM

Well both Michael Tobin and Stuart Last bought more shares yesterday and for directors to be buying at 288p and 295p shows great confidence in the future of the company; we know the buy/sell tags are just indicative and not factual and yet folk are still surprised when they are wrong, not me.

Q4 2020 revenue of $8.5m is a 30% increase over Q3 2020 revenue of $6.5m
And in Q4 the loss was $200,000
So if we push those figures over 12 months then we get income of $34m and costs of $35m, so if in FY 2021 BOOMs income was $40m they would make about $5m profit.
With a P/E of 20 that will value the company at $100m or £4.70 a share

These projection figures are quite modest IMHO, so if FY 2021 income was $50m with a P/E of 20 we would be looking at about £14 a share

This is just a projection based on today’s RNS figures, all very much IMHO, so please DYOR

£600,000 buy @ £3.05, stake building? the start of a hostile takeover? That’s over 1% of shares (hope I got my sums correct...) WOW!

I’ve been in for years and when the SP went to 0.5p I did the maths, sold another share and bought as many as I could, which resulted in me averaging down massively and now actually being in profit, it was a gamble at 0.5p but I’ve believed in 7D for so long I put my money where my heart was, and now for every penny increase in the SP I am £8k better off, which is amazing and might lead to an early retirement for Arborman, I’m 56 today! Hold tight, great future in store...
