if JORC drops before 5 Sep. then this meeting of 5 Sep will be dedicated to providing some information that need to be passed in the AGM. it will be a preparation for a genial consent. very interesting schedule!!

I don't think they will need a loan. SC is not likely to let the door open for new comers to finance and share the profits. as they are testing the plant in china the could as well bring it to Mali and have a discount on their share of concentrate. SC is not the big player here but the actual Chinese producer behind them have the means to push for production.

sample shipment can not be done in rainy season. you know the state of African roads when it rains. it is not few miles from see...1000,s, that is why processing plant is a necessity to be near the mine although it is built and tested in china
