just a silly question. I am not familiar with petrol well. do we need to dig till we find petrol at the top most of the reserve of we continue digging till we find the hard rock the other side of the reserve?

The stench of oil is already filling the space, I can hardly breathe! it is good to see people soaked in oil.

It is not the end of world though. this first estimate of the JORC it may come low but the mineral is there and the team has more understanding of the geological structure. More whole will be needed to expand the jorc further in the future

what matters is the thinness of the minerals not the depth. as a general rule rock always have the average of 3.5 Ton per cubic meter as they are 3 times thicker than water.

I did say 100 m ton gives kod 0.66p. we hope we have that match but the drills seem to be in a narrow bond for a large deposit

from the look at the drilling site, the wholes seem to be very close to each other for comfort. why they choose to narrow the search bond? where is the positions of the unsuccessfully drills? from what I can see and the depth of the mineral strips the jorc is about
5m tons x 3 sites x 2 as possible extension this gives 30 m tons approximate.

for 100 m ton estimate BGS capital is 91 m aud that give kod for every 100m sp price of
((91*0.57)/17.6)*.22 = 0.66p
given that kod had already drilled 30,000 m with good assay results a JORC showing 100m ton or above is within reach.

This explain it all, we have a conservative team on board, they are more scientific than commercial. this is why they have not issued a JORC till now. good sign of solid work

comparing Kod with BGS a JORC or 150 m is equivalent to 1.5 p for kod share

the Chinese backers already know the JORC. they have all the published data and they have teams of skilled people in this field. So I guess they can easily work out a JORC estimate

Given the fact that SC average price is 0.32 and they are expecting some return on their ivestment from what they already know. I guess the price after JORC will be well above 0.40 as a conservative estimate

This price is assuming BGS have 100 m ton mine and taking into account dolar to pound ration and ignoring any other assets Kod have besides lithum.
