copperMan, your figures are very very conservative. we are talking about a strip of 2500 meter by 5000 meter with a decent depth and Cu% and that is in one location from the 7 location we got.
here is my estimation ((2500)/10)*5000*60*0.0065*2*3 = that is approximately 3 million ton at $6000 that is turnover of gross income of $18,000,000,000 for the mine life
2500/10 is a reasonable mineral width estimate
5000 is the length of the strip
60 is the depth
0.0065*2 is the copper and cobalt added together
3 is the average cubic meter weight
that is the rough estimate of one site, the other 6 sites are just to confirm this figure

No, Sturec local authority come with a new regulation to not allow use of cyanide as the main gold solvent. so ARCM stated a small mining operation using different method, but it is mechanical and not up scalable as it does not get all the gold from the rock or at least most of it. Actually there is new method developed to deal with this issue but I guess is not fully tested yet

as they know the waiting time is not in favour of mining 'exploration stage' company. NvS could have accepted any offer and got cash for both mines now and today. there must be some offers on the table, but they are not accepted by the boss. This is where cash and waiting time come into play.
balance sheet is full of assets that need sales but with which price.

P00rman, I did not mean balance sheet strength but negotiation strength with the buyers of sturec and CASA.

Oldandwise, last week placing is a bargaining chip, to get decent price for either of the two mines we have to be free form cash needs pressure. both parties know how match we need cash for exploration. we kept sturec all this time under control using a small scale mining project to meet the local authority requirements and we are not going to sell it for pocket money. the buyers are there but you have to show strength to get what you need. I think NvS need strong backing from share holders if he is going to get them what they need.

gold in the ground has an average acquisition cost of $50 once. CASA has 3M once.
that makes it $150M worth in the ground as calculated from this site

This is the average. the high range is $300M all this this is dependent on how the risk level is calculated.

sturec has 4 interested companies, negations continue. ARCM spent 13 M developing sturec and it expects some profit or at least no loss. that is a figure in the range ...5 to 20 M, the fact that there are 4 offers means there is some cash coming in otherwise they have sold it already. Negotiation is just to increase the offer.
casa is twice the size of sturec. there are two interested parties Canadian and Chinese cash expected at least 30M

It is a huge reserve. attracting big companies or not it is not our concern. we have the local government backing. we have a plant being build and a copper and cobalt at surface with prices

we can make it to large production scale in no time.

some people and MMs are very keen to get cheap share in here. the expected rise is imminent! but try not to mislead by publishing wrong informations. some ethics are needed here. especially with the 'Good luck with this share' fellow

Except the lately joining short term traders. they are making wins against each other till they lose hope in any profit making. then it will steady for a wile before the Positive trend take hold. This is what usually happens with small cap companies when they experience a soft sp period. sit and watch. some are making a kill others are stopping losses. they will not move beyond this range.

p00rman, I don't think they get something from the ARCM team. but they must have other means to do so. I guess changes in copper or cobalt % in the new drills must be convincing. as we are now drilling within the main mine body.

The missing bit of information is: who was selling large shanks last week? may be we need an rns for this as well.

well, the insider information is in the warrant promise. that is certainly made by the boss. wait and see. the drill results are not far behind.

the way I look at it is: They bought shares at 4.5p now and they have the right to buy new shares at 6.5p later. from arcm side it will look like two fund raising operations at 5.5p each since 4.5 + 6.5 / 2 is 5.5p that is very positive as we are soon to have raised 4 millions at 5.5p. My question is what makes them so sure of this placing? do they have insider information about the drill results? who was selling the large shanks? was he/she helping the price down?

and warrants to buy at 6.5p. very positive indeed.

now we have cash and sooner a working mine. very good news. and who is buying? all managers.
