It is highly unlikely to see another placing. SC owns third of the deposit, that's free stock for them. why they should allow another party to process their output to add to it costs of production and profits at a European rate. the logic of things point to at least the third of processing plant to be financed by SC at least to keep their share in production. but as they promised in their contract to buy the concentrate at market value or buy 100% of the output. I guess they are going to get the lot before processing. that is buying the whole mine. and after that they can use Chinese lobar to maximise profits and get the competitive edge against any possible competitor.

in short, if PI refuse to align their interests with those of the company they will get robbed by risk takers. It is helpful to understand what the company is up to, but it is not in the interest of PI s to crash the sp and lower their chances to get any profit from this. some restraint and long term view is needed here.

we do not a big seller to create all this sales. All we need is a rise of speculative buys, driven buy expected short term spikes. some of the short term traders will make some profit at 10 to 20% but the majority will apply stop loss to sell at a loss of a similar rate. from my reading of the last week postings I am confident some are posting for the sake of de ramping to push the prices low, they buy the go quite till they sell and they repeat the round again. unfortunately some long term investors are playing in their hands by providing them with negative comments.

in real life it is who blinks first. if the seller reduce his ask to sell then it is a sell, if the buyer increase his bid to buy then it is a buy, In stock markets, the transactions are in queue by time but those urgent requested get first in the queue by changing their bid or ask prices. so practically the lowest ask takes priority and the highest bid as well. this is how traders bid against each other to win a trade.

I guess what ever has happened to the missing share they have being done legally. or lets say technically correct, may be for tax avoidance, The tax man is aware of these transaction and they are common. people are confused because they could not trace them back to source. hope it is not some thing done illegally.

Now it is obvious that the transfer of the 39m share was for personal reasons
America 2030 no longer hold any significant share with ANGS.
Insiders did not sell their holdings. so there is no cause of alarm
The fact they new that America 2030 is selling and did not react is a positive sign

It all depends on the choices of BOD if they decide to cell the gold mines then we will have enough cash to develop the other mines and the share price will rise to the expected level, otherwise we are waiting for a placement, if they decide to mine gold which they did point to in the last RNS. although it is shallow and easy as they said but production needs cash to be invested before revenue shows some profit. This is why this share is likely to stay here for a while.

we got one this morning. SC will be able to trade his shares from end of this month. there is no profit to be collected though. the share price will stagnate here for a while. SC is not likely to sell at this low level. their average price is now 0.32p. they will wait for at least 0.45 to sell. but that is not their goal here. they are for the big prize. good two or three quite months to come. buy and hold

we thought this is the new management that will move us to production or sale of the mine. the old kod got to 0.03 p because they were busy exploring and diluting shareholders value. I still remember some old names who bought at 2p and above and lost their holdings here just by deletion. is he another jarboaa again. we want production and returns, not exploration and exploration. I think pi need a voice to make it clear to him what is the issue here.

BA can't just carry on digging without delivering any results back to share holders. unless he want to dilute their value and make them angry. we can change him if he is not reasonable person, that is before he shifts the majority to his side by further dilutions.

yes SC is nothing but a mask for Shandong Mingrui Chemical, both are private companies, if not the same family, as the relation between them is obscure 'support'. what matters here is that they being involved it testing the sample and they are happy to add more shares to reach 29%, this is a strong bargaining position they got themselves in. They are very serious about it but they still want a better deal. now the strength of kod position will be dictated by the supply of spodemine and the ability of kod to start production by itself if needed. they are going play 'come and get me'. kod strength will be not to bother about production at all if it comes to silly stuff. as we have not seen any signs of these happening 'there is no other options for kod except those dead mines in Norway' i guess the deal 'sale' is already in the pocket.

we need their website if any. I could not find any website that is dedicated to SC or any mother company. all what is there is the information about their involvement with kod and Berimian. that is not enough to uderstand what their strategy may look like

can any one shed some light on SC. what they do and how they got the funds to invest in Kod and what is the true relation they've got with the possible lithium buyer. this will help us understand what might be their input in all of this.
