I would not say sturec is dead in the water. the fact that there are more than one party interested in sturec means there are a number of different offers on the table, the negations are tough but not impossible. The best solution for ortac is to get the money invested plus some return on the investment = £10m + ~m6 The worst solution for ortac is to get some cash to speed up exploration in DRC or may acquire more stake in Zamsort ; £2m..£4m. one thing the boss stressed in his previous interviews is to get value back to shareholders, another dilution is not one of them.

for fact, Sturec mine is the property of ortac, till they decide to stop the small scale mining operation. The local authorities at the end of three years licence period could change their mind about how to describe mining. Now the ball is in the local authorities camp, since ortac could go for ever with the small scale mining, it is self financed. it is just a technical solution to the NGOs interference. Now ortac spent £13 m on sturec. and it is not going to move away form its property unless some one is willing to pay or relinquish the support for those NGOs and allow every one to benefit.

Now the straggle is between those who are going to benefit from large scale exploitation; local work force and supply companies who may get contracts from the mine; these are the forces of the future, the others are local business men who may benefit from ousting ortac from this area. this is the perspective in the short term. In the longer term forces may change hence the need for long term holder to work through these two sides or develop economic ways to mine without using arsenic.

most of the early sells are likely to be those of the people who were de-ramping the few days ago. they buy cheap and resell at news. there is always an opportunity for making some gains. Just notice the period of de-ramping and their calmness whey they are busy selling. The sp will stay in this range till all casa new shareholders join in or till a serious RNS about Sturec decision is made or DRC gold doubling resources. good opportunity to re-buy for those who sold this morning though.

for Feeks, sturec become more beautiful than the Munaliza itself. it should not be touched form the left nor from the right. from yesterday interview, OTC is looking for extra cash or cash flow from Sturec and Andiamo that leaves it with a gold asset and copper cobalt asset: still mixed though, both markets and cost structures and scale of operations are a bit different. it is not focused yet on one market. is the plan to develop Akuanga and sell it before production and focus on copper cobalt large project in the long term? Is the change of name may be coupled with listing in LSE instead of AIM? both these two moves need months, the cash may last to 1Q 2019 by then extra cash would have being generated. otherwise they do not go to the length of acquiring more shares and options if they intend to dilute in the near future. any move will only add to the assets of OTC .
