It makes no sense for BA to sell his shares cheap, even if he got them at 0.05 level. SC got some shares at 0.13 that gives him an average price at 0.32, it is still high compared with the current price. The only thing that makes BA sell his shares cheap is if he receives something under the table to sell PI for nothing. that will stink and turn against him as people will seek a reason for acting like that. remember that SC is not the final user of lithium and he has to make some profit on his investment.

Valueit we are not speculating or de-ramping we are just trying to pin down the cause of the negative sentiment in this share. most of poster as I am are share holders here for long time. we hope it comes positive for all but we have to understand where we are.

in the early days, when the price was high there was only one poster who was aware of what was happening almost all his posts were about warning share holders that a massive sale is happening. that person disappeared for ever since then. he was a strange person who claimed he has experience in Africa and Asia. that could be nothing, but he was the only person aware or the previous major share holder selling his stock before any publication of news. most posters then were refusing to consider his input, but he did what he supposed to do. now this could be nothing but it could be that he was one of the inner circle that caused the mayhem.

Now what caused the previous major share holder to sell is clear, he felt threatened in his position by the presence of a new major share holder much bigger. one thing for sure is the bod was denying the link between his last RNS and the spike it caused in a bid to deny the last major share holder an easy way out.

I don't recall exactly which day but at the spike of late 2016 and early jan 2017 the Bod made this statement, 'I don't know why the price is rising' at a podcast. after that we felt a conflict between him and the major investor then, who was selling his share. they tried to prevent him from selling but all what they could do was to issue another statement saying the major investor will sell his share in an 'orderly manner' it was not clear what it meant then but it simply meant they could not stop him from selling and he ended up selling all his share that meant he invested £400,000 and walked away with almost £4,000,000 and left the new share holders burdened with massive losses. that's what dragged sh down as most of the share holders either at loss of lost a sizable shank of their investments. this simply drained away any energy mach needed for recover. this was done by all major share holders not in the board especially whey they felt the Chinese approaching the firm. that is history now, buy and hold

of course if an investor in a small company such as kod invests £400,000 and walks away with £4,000,000 this will create a deficit somewhere. at that time Bod tried to warn new share holders and tried to stabilize the price at .38 by introducing new major share holder at this level but the unhappy new investors kept selling their stock. even managers thought the price of 0.28 is good enough but it kept drifting down. The last placement at 0.13 shows the level of gilt within management towards their new investor and I think this is why they offered him to buy at 0.13. this is a bottom price by all means. neither the new investor could buy more nor management need cash. so there is no reason to worry about sp dropping.

in fact sp was 0.03 low and the major investor who provided the first help bought at 0.04 and sold in the .50,s and 0.40,s this is what caused all this fall of sp. at that time Bod came in clear about new investors buying at this high level and warned them to stay away and not to offer the seller the opportunity to make huge profits, but unfortunately lots of them bought share at that spike and became prisoners of sp falling continuously. of course the amount of profit collected by the major investor selling his stock created a pile of trapped new share holders who sustained immediate losses. some of them sold immediately some of them waited and sold even at a lower prices. this is what dragged this sp down. this situation is now over and light at the end of the tunnel is within waiting distance. it will be a mistake for any investor, new or old to sell at this level. the company now has plenty of cash and positive results are now due. JORC and may be final offer for the whole mine. I don't expect this sp to fall any more. it is a steady climb. buy and hold

bough cheap shares at 0.13 to average down. they all bought at high 20s or 30s. This means one thing. their faith is high in the future prices. I don't know where all this negativity is coming from. we know one year ago that they did not want to share price to move up against their future plans. all share holders are trying to average down, they have to upper hand to manufacture an opportunity and that's what they did. buy and hold.

to (4.5*0.38 + 1.2*0.13)/(5.7) = 0.32p we hope they will not get another opportunity

The main goal now is to force a JORC even if it is not final, before any extra fund rising and increasing SC controls at this lower levels.

at the start of the day and at the end of the day. that is 8-10 some people try to rush in or out and at 2-4 the same. after 4 is usually little trade. as long as traders are around this will fluctuate but I don't think it will ever reach the bottom 0.13 again. 0.13 is a dream price now. as time go buy more consolidation will show in the prices as gambling against good new become high risk. I expect the sp to hit 0.25 before jorc. buy and hold

probably there is a big buyer and transaction will not show till he fills his order.

forget about the share price. we are looking for the sale price. it s a long term game

they are always late but the Chinese are always early. This is the dilemma we are facing. No matter how bad or good BOD is, the last price will be decided buy those staying put and defending their turf. as long as their not majority they have to obey the market rules. I being conned once by a company by driving the price to the flour then taking it private. could this happen here as well. I don't think so.

Jorc is the result of data collected from field then processed by software then may some experts contribute their feedback and alter the output. the only thing that consumes time and money in this exercise is the experts time and costs. they already have models built on the previous readings, all what they have to do is to update the system with the last readings and then submit to get the experts feedback. this is roughly 3 months at worst after getting the final readings. the Chinese they already have their version of the jorc this is why they contributed more cash to buy those cheap shares.

for sure BoD taking too match freedom here. we don't need the cash as 4.5 million could have generated a JORD. or at least a partial one, but the Chinese are keeping them quiet. I guess this was a hidden condition for further finance

No more fund rising, no more negative days. JORC and rewards are within waiting distance. this was the last change for Suay chin to get cheap share.
