I’d say Kromek are running out of money fast. The interim results were terrible. Apparently all the revenue is coming in the second half?! Of course it is. The problem is that when they’ve done so many fundraisings and failed to deliver they are running out of options. Whilst they are now looking at selling off part of the business, as outlined in the interim results, they will rightly be viewed as a distressed seller. Can’t see much appetite for another fundraising. What worries me most about Kromek - apart from the dire financial situation and putting aside all the failed targets and never delivering on their word. What worries me most is that there is no hard concrete evidence that the detector works. We’ve seen no details of the accreditation, we’ve seen no institution the trials have been conducted in comment on them, we’ve had no government minister mention them in any detail and it’s all relying on the word of a desperate AIM company on the brink of collapse. Good attempt by the MMs today though attempting to make the share price look like it’s about to spike up again - despite the lack of buying today and the huge multi-million sells a few days ago

It’s a complete lottery whether it will make significant profits or not since nothing the company say can be believed. You’re investing completely blindfolded - perhaps the CEO will give a pleasant surprise? But given the founder & CEO chose to invest £6k at the last £13m fundraising and holds less than 1% of the comps points to the fact that Kromek is a company sitting on a huge pile of sh*t that anyone who is in the know, ie the Board avoids

One of many, many, many examples pointing to the fact that Kromek is not credible, and wholly un-investable.

Oh my word… this could have been the sale that we’ve all been waiting for. It seems to include the biological pathogen detector sales…

The ceo has made so many claims about how it works from false alarm rates of 1:800,000 to how it’s as accurate as a pcr test. He’s said it’s suitable for large and small areas. He’s said the trials were successful. I can’t see how he can back track from all these claims now. Surely, if it really doesn’t work, he will be liable to a some serious legal problems now

He ditched Driver Group pretty quick last week. I tried calling the “investor contact” from website for some clarity on the biological pathogen detectors. The number puts you through to the lady on reception who had “no idea” but offered to leave a message for the PA of Arnab, who of course didn’t return the call.
You can only assume it’s all complete rubbish and there is no detector. If it was imminent about to be released you’d expect some buying going on.

If failing was a business Kromek would be flying!

Just as another illustration of the complete contempt Kromek has for its shareholders… No investor/shareholder section on menu of website - got to scroll right down in the small print at the very very bottom. We’re positioned above the “distributors” you’ll be glad to know. Then they have this statement;
“ Welcome to the Kromek investor relations section of the Kromek website. Here you will find information on the Group’s latest news and announcements, financial results, annual reports, upcoming events and information to help manage your shareholding.”

Guess what??! Even this is not true as none of the above is then available… complete and utter disrespect. They have zero interest in your investment, they see us as the mugs we clearly are for investing in this complete and utter sh*t show of a company.

Of course, if this whole biological pathogen detector is a completely lost hope - then your current path is probably the only option for you. That’s what investors are increasingly coming to realise.

If the end of this financial year comes and goes with no news or update - like all the other promises that have come and gone without updates (ventilators, covid detector few months ago, accreditation results, full spectrum detector in a few weeks) all these things were promised and then disappeared into Kromeks broken promises abyss.

Kromek is a shambles of a company. They genuinely don’t give a damn about not honouring their word. They need to say NOW if this detector hasn’t had any sales. Get a grip Arnab and show some decency to your shareholders with an update or excuse and guess what, - if it is a decent technical reason and you tell us - we might be more understanding than you imagine. However keep us in the dark with no updates and your reputation will sink to new lows

First sales of the covid specific biological pathogen detector were expected by the of last year. This deadline past without even a mention.

Sales of the full spectrum detector are now expected by the end of this financial year. I’m almost certain this date will pass and management will not refer to it ever again. I’m at my wits end with the sheer inconsiderate, incompetent, inconsistent behaviour of this board to shareholders. They have total disrespect. This is evident by the shareholders section of the website buried away next to ‘distributors information’ at the very bottom. They are not even remotely embarrassed by the disregard to shareholders.

If this biological pathogen detector is found to be complete nonsense- which is seemingly increasing likely- shareholders should launch a class action to sue the living daylights out of the CEO, in the same way as Elizabeth Holmes. Hopefully he invests his personal income (£350k/yr for destroying shareholder value) more wisely than he invests our money in Kromek.

The CFO has referred to the end of this tax year being the time. I have 10% confidence this will happen. I’m almost certain the date will pass with no news or update and that the self imposed deadline will never be mentioned again by the management. If they were upfront about what was going on I think shareholders would be more understanding.

Titanium, which Russia controls a large proportion of, on the other hand, has large above ground inventories. I’d say palladium could be an effective weapon if that’s what their aim is
