@Gavster No consolation but my other Gold positions are reacting (or not) in the same way as if the market does not think POG rise is sustainable ... go figure US CPI YoY @6.2% ... nothing 'Transitory' about that !

@Dartron AAZ is a steady, no drama polymetallic producer with very good growth prospects AND a dividend. Short term drama will be driven by POG ... which has just broken downtrend @$1,830 today following US CPI of YoY 6.2% vs. 5.8% expected. So nothing Transitory about the Inflation coming through which will feed through to POG in due course once IIs start reallocating capital.

Remarkable post US CPI steady buying all afternoon plus 2 big £82k (very likely) buy transactions at 15:11 and registered after hours and the price does not move ... Not sure how that works exactly ?!

Yes and you know my view of HUM is as a big Explorer with a producing mine at Yanfolila to finance the expansion at Kouroussa and Dugbe from curent 100kpa to 300kpa over the next 2-3 years without resorting to dilution to raise capital as you might expect of other circa £60m explorers.
Happy Days ... especially if the backdrop is into a rising POG & more rapidly rising FCF.

I think that calls for a modest top-up at 16.59p ... rude not to !

@Max Personally I'd like to see SP above my 3.2p 'Recovery' target as multi-week bottoming pattern broke support 2 weeks ago ... hopefully with court cases going through and resolving out in ARCMs favour will ensure bottom is well and truly in.

@Causal I'm also in Arc Minerals (AIM:ARCM) which is 99% Zambia focussed Copper explorer. Big copper producers such as FQM Sentinel and others produce a lot of Zambian tax revenue and Zambian law is based around UK Law.
Yes it has issues but relatively stable by African standards.

POG is poised at 1830 exactly on the downtrend from Aug-20 to May-21 intraday highs .... about time it was broken and POG is left to rise to fair value which I suspect is $200-$250 north of here ... for starters at least.

The Dec-20 spike high was 2.65p probably for a few minutes but weekly close was 2.5p assuming 1.0p today and 2.65p spike price ... we are at 38% of that spike price level meaning at absolute worst you could have lost 62% but would have had to be very unlucky indeed to do so

@Ziguarat Yes I'm feeling the pain too, but that does not mean it isn't cheap as chips at this price especially as it is still well below NAV with a portfolio of some very good investments acquired pre-IPO and/or in early funding rounds so well priced shares.

Good to see Rincon SP recover to A$0.20 overnight on news that Hasties deep drilling funded and reading to start. Interesting that they mention site is 12km from GGP Havieron deposit and only 14km from NCM Telfer processing facility. I guess we will find out if there are any other parallels given depth and geology will be very similar plus we already know that there is decent grade copper/gold mineralisation above just not at scale ... yet!

@Ella No 'Free Carry' mentioned on ARCM or Kopore RNSs as there is none. Both RNSs clearly state transaction is for 75% with the remaining 25% subject to a further transaction cost of $5m ... hardly a free carry.
