@news REM/Bacanora Sonora deposits were clay based which are as different as could be to Picasso/Litchfield hard rock pegmatites. The most important thing for CCZ right now is demonstrating continuity and grade preferably showing that they are analogous to Core's adjoining deposits hence a 'continuation of' despite the arbitrary legal ownership boundary. Having adjoining JORC deposits potentially give CCZ a significant opportunity to accelerate at lower risk through all stages of the exploration, development and into production phases.

What I also like is that the options from Cadence are designed to encourage them being taken up & developed so that the Cadence shares in CCZ then vest.

Is it my imagination that after the last few days POG slam down that we are now putting in a bottoming pattern at $1,882 uptrend channel bottom as previously hoped?

If it holds we will have an uptrend established 8-Aug-20 and tested 3 times since namely end Sept-21, 3-Nov-21 and yesterday. Fingers crossed!

@news I've been following Lithium for a while being an early investor in REM now Cadence and Bacanora ... so far to say I really like good Lithium opportunities of which I think CCZ has at least 1 possibly 2 of those given proximity to existing proven deposits and shared geology. The potential scale of Picasso with 10km of implied strike is really exciting especially if they can demonstrate metallergy and/or grade from the current samples.

Todays RNS confirming extension of our options on both projects whilst we await assays results plus a 30 day period thereafter to analyse is very welcome indeed.

My take is that HUM have been previously punished for having a very limited LOM at Yanfolila and this takes Yan out to approximately 6/7 years LOM with management targeting a 10-year LOM which with reserve statement from 44km of infill/extension drilling yet to be incorporated should be easily achieved.
The addition of an MRE for Kouroussa 409koz at 4.38 g/t and a date of Q2 2023 for first pour is very encouraging to see.

Effectively an interim reserve update to 30-Jun-2021 (last one was Oct-19) plus full reserve update due Q2, 2022 based on 68km (yes km!) drilled this year
Summary = "Updated Company reserves as of 30 June 2021 total 1.12 million oz at 3.03 grams per tonne" across 3 projects
> Yanfolila = open pit reserves on six deposits totalling 503,600 oz at 2.30 g/t
> Komana east ("KEUG") = 202,200 oz at 3.64 g/t, maiden underground reserve
> Kouroussa, Guinea = 408,900 oz at 4.38 g/t, maiden reserve
> Dugbe, Liberia = Pasofino Gold Ltd MRE is 4.0 Moz, including 3.4 Moz is in the Measured and Indicated category

So Yanfolila at 705koz is now a confirmed 6 years LOM at 110koz/annum with 68km of drilling results (~44,000 m at Yanfolila and ~24,000 m at Kouroussa) yet to be incorporated. Dugbe DFS confirmed as expected Q2 2022 and Kouroussa first pour target is Q2 2023
I think HUM deserves an SP bounce for that ?!

Best part for me is that NE Picasso is exposed so multiple drills to modest depth say 30m-50m covers a lot of ground and demonstrates scale and grade very quickly particularly as cover is almost non-existent !

If we are successful then Cadence get a big chunk of CCZ shares & CZZ SP gets to multi-bag enabling a modest cash raise to fund further drilling. Bigger SP generates shareholder value all round even after a fund raise so all good!

@Earl HUM is relatively high AISC so has more leverage to POG than lower AISC producers

Yes and all that stimulus drives debt higher and debt as %GDP comfortably over 90% means ROI on every $ spent drops as debt levels rise = Stagflation. Higher %debt and minimal (if any) growth means financial repression will have to continue or even be ramped up to reduce %debt/GDP which if GDP is not growing very gets tricky very quickly.
... sounds ideal situation for POG

@bonker Yes and POG now sat on trend support at $1.862 so just hoping it survives after a couple of days rubbish PX action ... would be nice to have a decent 4 point support in place going forward

.... and here we are at possible uptrend channel bottom of $1,863 formed from lows of 30-Sept-21 and 3-Nov-21 with uptrend channel top 14-Sept and 16-Nov.

I'm hoping for some higher lows and higher highs from here on in assuming $1,783 or so channel bottom holds.

Yep I'm 100% with you there ... or as I put it "HUM is a high growth Developer with a profitable Gold mine attached that pays for all the necessary development & debt funding costs rather than diluting shareholders"

@techtonic I understand your concern but we are 50% down on stated NAV with £1m at £4m MCap whilst:
> Rincon is 28.5% down from 31-Jul-21 (was A$24.5c and now A$17.5c)
> Eagle Mountain is 29.5% down from 31-Jul-21 (was $79.9c and now $56.3c)
> Rogue Baron is 9% down from 31-Jul-21 (was £6.90 and now £6.25)
This still leaves us at a substantial discount to NAV however you dress it up

GUN should be applauded for producing a very clear and concise Annual report when compared to prior years.

The standout for me is stated NAV at 31-July-21 is £6m with MCap now £4m of which £1m is cash and no debt giving an EV of £3m implying a 50% discount to NAV which frankly is just bonkers for a well run, diversified small fund.

If I wasn't so heavily invested already I would be buying more!

POG being slammed again this morning breaking $1,802 support at 200 DMA. Will we bounce or test uptrend support down around $1,785 ?
About time HUM started to rerate although I expect we will need to see improving quarterly results before HUM gets benefit of the doubt from Mr Market.

Add Yanfolila LOM extensions plus Kouroussa pcoming down the pipe & the HUM MCap looks stupidly low by any measure.
