Personally I've been investing in AIM for the last 7 years, chased many promising story stocks, but ended up serially disappointed and materially much poorer. Isn't it pleasant to be invested in an PM exploration stock that actually delivers on its management teams promises and return some value to its shareholders rather than sees them as a cash cow and dilutes them away? GGP looks to be doing all that and has plenty more potential to offer.

Looking forward to hitting 20.8p and my first 10-bagger or any-bagger for that matter!

It's a huge deal for NCM as their AISC will drop considerably.

Anyone know the typical arrangement for such things given our remaining 25% if we decide to keep it?
Capital cost - presume we would need to raise debt to fund it?
Profit - presume will be 25% of the JV profit after operational costs including toll milling/processing charge for use of NCM Telfer facilities?

Given the speed that NC are working at that would make perfect sense as they build out their mine model and plan for further drill infill / step-out drilling to fill in the gaps. Is it me or are NC saying that they will be building 2 mines here one underground with the planned decline and one open pit bulk-mining ... or have I inferred too much from the RNS?

More excellent drill results from Newcrest and further confirmation of an accelerated mine planning & development to enable production in 2-3 years ... to be 100% clear, that's fast! Newcrest are as keen as mustard for more good quality ore to feed their Telfer processing facility. This will be a win-win for Newcrest and help keep their AISC down and a win-win for GGP as we would never have been able to move at this kind of speed as an explorer.

The price? A smaller chuck of Havieron but far far sooner than we would otherwise have had so we have the cash to accelerate our other targets on our 100% owned licences.

MTC has already paid us $500k for Sturec with the following bonus Royalty if they upgrade their resource from a JORC (2004) compliant mineral Resource of 1.36 million ounces of gold equivalent and they already have a PFS from April 2013. :

The Resource Upgrade Royalty
If, at any time in the period between 19 November 2021 and 19 November 2024, the Šturec JORC Indicated and Measured Resource exceeds 1.5 million ounces gold at a grade greater than 2.5g/t (inclusive of recoverable Ag equivalent), MTC will pay Arc a further A$2 royalty per additional ounce of gold . This royalty is capped at 7 million ounces of gold.
Any consideration due under the Resource Upgrade Royalty may be satisfied in either cash or by the issuance of ordinary shares in the capital of MTC.

So if any updated resource hits 1.5m Oz equivalent then ARC is due Aus$400k minimum

I'm with you on the valuation. $260m was for Kiwara back in Nov-2009 which was at very early stage exploration.
Remy mentioned another $8B deal going through a year later for a mine that was already in production. Anyone know what this was and what/how much they were producing?

Let' s play a game and assume an offer of $260m was tabled or £196.2m ($1 = £0.75).
According to ARC website at 15-Jul-20 there were 1,317,192,857 shares fully diluted so accounting for warrants,
Arc owns 66% of Zamsort and 72.5% of Zaco so the worst case is ARC gets 66% (£129.5m) and at best 72,5% (£142.3m) of any tabled offer to distribute across its fully diluted share base.
If $260m was tabled this equates to 9.83p per share at worst and 10.8p per share at best dependent on location.

... @jeremiah and don't forget Taiwan which China says is there's by right! They maybe straightforward but they do not muck about and have been snapping up strategic assets all over the world often controlling 90%+ of the worlds supply so think Rare Earth metals, Lithium, Cobalt and carbon amongst others all strangely required for electric vehicles and associated infrastructure. This is not random and totally planned

Typical approach for any sale maybe inclusion of 3-5% net smelter royalty once production underway and tied to area so would pickup any new extensions or future discoveries. If this route were taken we would get capital to reinvest and then guaranteed future revenue to underpin SP and fund running costs et al. Also option of full or partial divi to distribute funds .... lots of options.

I'd do the calculation but can't be bothered. Over the last 5-6 years it comfortably in the 99%+ loss club

Ouch that is damning ... the only constant seems to be GR being paid whatever happens.

Apologies for being slow, could someone explain the significance of GDXJ to GGP?
Are GGP being considered for inclusion in the index and therefore this would kick-off a round of GGP buying or am I going off at a tangent to reality?

I am thankfully out of PREM after years being an avid GR follower and losing tens of thousands following each new and exciting rainbow accompanied by a new string of facts figures and promises. True he has been unlucky with RHA and tungsten prices, but he is now so serially unlucky I struggle to believe anything. At this point PREM at £8m MCap now 'only' needs to be lucky once for new investors to make money but please ask yourself .... can you trust this man?
If you are after Gold resource companies there are plenty out their in good jurisdictions with experienced management teams with sensible share structures, drill results, JVs .... the list goes on. Exploration is very risky so DYOR and go with your head rather than following a list of broken promises and pipedreams.

Just look at all physical commodities going up recently particularly precious metals as the dollar tumbles. Just think about how much leverage you want and if you want lots you should be considering lower MCap exploration companies and such preferably in stable jurisdictions with links to Tier 1 companies for buy-outs or JVs to derisk (think shorter timescale and low/no capital investment for ARC) taking them forward into production as the Juniors rarely have the funds to do it themselves without risking massive share dilution.
Personally I've been with the roller-coaster that has been ARC for years from the Sturec days, but now crossing everything that I have that things are now aligned for ARC in terms of PM resources on the ascendancy, declining dollar, low MCap and good management.

Lovely solid bounce off recent lows of 12 on 18-Jul and 21-Aug retest ... hindsight is wonderful, but wishing I had top-sliced and traded some. However, very happy as I have hung onto all mine.

Been a GGP holder for over 2 years now and over that time progress has been fantastic. Chart shows steady solid gains with good consolidation after each leg up ... what is not to like?
