Interesting read as DL is still invested in Artemis ASX:ARV £139m MCap whose licences surround GGP on 3 sides, but sadly for UK investors is tricky to invest directly in.
Another you might want to look at is Gunsynd GUN who now owns 28.4% of Rincon (DL mentioned both) who in turn owns other prospective licences at Hatties (12km south of Telfer) and another much larger licence area Westlie to the South East. Rincon is a private outfit, but is looking to IPO on the ASX so GUN may get diluted. The link?

All these licences were once owned and drilled by NCM and all were prospective for gold before NCM sold them off ... sound familiar?

Can anyone explain how Artemis ASX:ARV can have 100% of Rincon (ASX announcement 16-Jul-2019) and Gunsynd announced a strategic stake in 2 RNSs (22 & 23-Jun-20) bringing our interest to 28.4% ... unless we bought this off ARV?
Can anyone explain what I am missing here as it is the same Rincon with the same projects and the same graphics?

Just getting my position in GUN established and struggling to get more information on RINCON and our 28% strategic holding. Can anyone recommend me some light reading?

@Nubi I 100% agree this shows high investor confidence especially as current SP of 0.185p is approx. 15% above warrant strike price of 0.16p.

Regardless, £320k of new money is approx. 8% of current Market Capitalisation so is a BIG deal no matter how you measure it.

So that is £320k of Nov-2019 warrants now exercised so the balance I now make as £790.7k warrants outstanding that are still valid as £400k so far exercised last week and today with all new cash going to GWMO BoD. All good!

The remaining warrants are now:
3-Jul-2018 £33.7k warrants @1.75p valid for 3 years (to 2-Jul-2021)
13-Nov-2019 £280k warrants @0.16p valid for 3 years (to 12-Nov-2022) ... was £600k but £320k exercised today!

ARCM ought to consider a tiered earn-in approach must like NCM did with GGP so it becomes a win-win for everybody and in double-quick time. Regardless AA have 4 months left to complete their drilling and modelling and table a decent offer.

@Tom87. I'm getting confused now. I agree that any money raised by much earlier placings would have been spent and further any later placing underpins current plan and BOD statement that 2020 programme is funded.

Any warrants are a separate and different matter and represent potential future cash to the BOD if the warrant holders choose to Exercise them and pay the strike price; this will create new shares and an RNS will be issued announcing Warrants being exercised stating number of new shares and revised total in circulation.
The point I keep trying to make is that BOD is funded for 2020 and any decent news will raise the SP and may encourage warrant holders to exercise their options ... this creates new cash for the BOD and helps fund projects without further placings which on balance should be good news all round.

@Tom87. Again only Warrants exercised were last week since those warrants were granted going back to Jul-2018,
so most of them remain valid if holders wish to exercise them.

@Tom87, happy to be corrected but from the RNSs I make it £1,110.7k warrants issued since Nov-2018 that are still valid and only £80k so far exercised just last week:

Fascinating lecture; bottom line was ancient super-brine leaching Copper from some rocks and depositing it elsewhere rather than source rocks providing the Cu mineralisation. In other words if the Geologists can work out where the brines were and where they went they could establish where to dug their next Copper mine.
Sadly he didn't let on where that might be, other than he was expecting a shed load of Cu somewhere outside their enormous study area ... unless I missed something? Forgive my over-simple, non-geologist analysis

Anyone seen it or can find it as searched EY site and found nothing. I like to know if it talks about Copper project or more recent Gold / Silver recent strategy since Nov-2019?

My sense is we will move sideways for a bit unless some substantive news lands about the GeoPhysical surveys across the projects and then the Warrants will be exercised into the rising SP. While this maybe not what short term holders want to hear it is good for 2 reasons:
1) Gets the ~£1m warrant overhang out of the way and puts up to £1m into the BODs bank account = cash & no dilution
(2) Consolidation on good news is a good thing as derisks GWMO and gives us time to pickup more stock at crazy low SP
FYI: most warrants are good until Jul-2022 so the sooner they are exercised and the SP stays above 0.2 or so the better!

Too easy to get swept away once fervent rampers / derampers take a hold of a share BB. Some of the GPP stuff over the last week or so has been horrific and approaching near cult status. Not good for Newbies or the well researched.

@RB I strongly suspect the political situation in Mali is behind the SP underperformance and now has played out and settles down risk will be reassessed and he SP will rerate to something approaching normal P/E 10 and rerate further as what is left of the debt is paid off and profitability shoots up.
What's not to like here?
