RE: Bought shares for monday13 Sep 2020 12:48
@dan97 we all I can say is please Do Your Own Research (DYOR) using many of the excellent links posted here over the last 3-4 days concerning Havieron JV with NCM and their accelerated drill programme, confirmation of mining licence, NCM confirmation of mining plan and associated timeline plus expected maiden resource estimate (MRE) by end Dec-20. Lots to digest but you will need to weigh that against the GGP current Market Capitalisation (MCAP) of £755m for an Explorer with no revenue and decide how much further it has to go and over what time period.
If you are looking for another 10-Bagger in the next 6 months I suggest you look elsewhere, but another +50% appreciation in the next 6 months is entirely possible given what is currently going on and what news flow is expected over the next 3 months especially given that NCM have already made several public announcements of its intention to build a new underground mine and bring it online over the next 2-3 years.
We know NCM AISC is $827/oz overall and specifically $1,281/oz for Telfer where any Havieron ore will be processed by NCM. We also know that (Wikipedia) Telfer has 4.4 years of gold and 14.4 years of copper resource remaining at Telfer, which is why NCM are as keen as mustard on getting Havieron into production before Telfer runs out of decent ore. News last week that the Havieron Brecia drill results show it is amenable to open cast mining will increase the amount of available ore and when it becomes available plus drive down NCM high AISC massively increasing their profitability of their existing operation and the new ore feed from Havieron. As Havieron is a JV that is very good news for both NCM and GGP, but is yet to be reflected in the share price of either ,but will be as more information comes out of NCM so expect them to modify and/or accelerate their mine plans to reflect this.
As always DYOR and be aware that no share moves up in a straight line forever, especially given that GGP has done just that over the last 5-6 months. This is AIM after all so only risk what you can afford to lose, try not to get spooked into selling on a pullback (that's how MMs pickup cheap shares after all) and set clear exit price to top-slice and take profit just in case the worst happens however unlikely that may seem just now. All IMHO of course!
