Sorry for asking a dumb question but how can anybody buy after hours? Equally my thought that these are delayed sells might be wrong because surely they are obliged to show the exact time when the trade took place. Either ways not clear on these trades.

Do you think these are delayed sells? Would explain the lack of SP rise. I cannot believe for a moment that these are after hours buys

Thanks for your helpful posts Eyeguy. What do you think are the chances that Oyster shareholders will approve the deal? I believe it still needs the approval of the authorities but presume that is a given if sharehokders approve??

You could be wrong but you could be right. The moon might be made of cheese. Think about it. Do you understand how consoidation works? Or do you think sheer sentiment will take this to 1p?

My apologies. Price around 16:30 on the 16th was 0.13. Therefore 51k must be a buy! But the 37k at 8:30 could be either a buy or a sell given price was around 0.18 around 8am and down to 0.14 by 9am.

Hope peeps aren't thinking that the large trades were today. The 51k trade at close to 16:30 on the 16th of April surely has to be a sell? Price was cliser to 16 - 17 at that time. The 30k trade at 8:30am is oossibly a buy but I am convinced that the 51k is a sell.

There is no mention of the funding amount in the article. People on Twitter can't seem to be able to read. Confusing a projected revenue figure with funding!!

Been in the same position as you mate. Lost all my redundancy money chasing after money. Seriously thought about life insurance money but i don't think they pay out. So just don't bother going down that route. The impact on your family will last forever. I don't know your circumstances- only you know them. But hang in there because nothing is worth more than you being alive

It's the refinancing that is the real news

What a lot of people are forgetting is that the two offers so far for TI were not that great. As the bod themselves declared, one of them wouldn't even leave any money left over to pay the bondholders. So let's keep the previous offers in perspective and focus on getting funding secured, bondholders off our back, TI fully purchased and only then dream of selling it at a reasonable price.
