Erm....if they have no shares to sell, they'd be biting your hand off to buy them off you i.e. get you to sell. In this instance they are not willing to let you sell anything and the price keeps dropping.

The Company now awaits issue of the Lease by MLNR."

The licence has had minsterial approval but it has not been granted yet.

That link was just talking about the fact that Shell sold it to the govt of E.T. They had a c.26% stake = $300m. Sundagas are now partnering with the govt of ET to develop the area. Baron has 25% in the entire area in an indirect manner. Hence talk of$300m. And yes, potentially $500k required by later in the year. Thus equates to our share of costs for our stake.

I have over simplified of course. Seasoned investors feel free to correct.
