the company announces that it's losses are going to be more than expected. Price drops on the day, expected. Large shareholder sells all stock on the same day. Share price goes up??? What's going on?

Share price reaction seems to be downwards.. anything unexpected revealed?

By the looks of the latest rns, some have reduced their holding

I tried asking earlier why an acquiring company would pay much more than the current amount in the bank for this company. Only Unknown trader came back - thanks. But to your point, how can there be any goodwill to use given that it will be a brand new company? And the fact that large shareholders paid 20p or so before doesn't mean they will see their money back given that the shareprice of TLA has hit so low.

So i am genuinely asking why do people think this will be bought out at a much higher price? I have done my research but i still can't figure this bit out.

Just trying to listen to both sides of the story. It is true that the company has c.£600k and not much else. Some of the current large shareholders may well be behind the RTO company. Question is - what price would the acquiring company buy this at? Would it be market value (i.e. £600k) or a calculated amount based on TLA's share price in the past year?

Is this likely to fizz down and perk up closer to AGM or is there life in this yet? This board is awfully quiet.

Looks like there were a number of big sells around 10:45 to 11:00. We are seeing the aftermath of that.

That 2m trade looks like a sell - given the time and price. That would also explain why things cooled down quickly from the heat of 5p

I think that was a delayed sell. Explains tge drop from .95 from which this sp never recovered. Hopefully onwards and upwards tomorrow. All AIM shares seem to be spluttering out after a flash rise in the sp.

Have seen so many shares kately where the sp should be much much higher based on facts but it manages to reach a small high and then splutters back to pre-rns prices. Hope this won't be the case here but tomorrow will be critical in my view to see if this gathers more buys or simply slinks back into oblivion despite great contracts

Hi Yoshi. Yes I was referring to that strange character. His posts didn't make sense but as i was looking for any news, it looked like he / she had heard something from Canada. Having come back to sensible LSE, I can see that there is no news out there. So happy to ignore advfn now.

Posts suggestimg negative outcome? Not sure if it's true or not. Does anybody have any real updates?
