They sold probably yesterday or day before and are probably obliged to sell to a certain amount of holding to follow their risk policy. Don't believe Kestral were chasing 10p. Rather they were cushioning themselves against the drop to 1.5p

Gary N - there is nothing in the RNS to state that any refinancing will wipe out equity holders. It simply states that none of the financing proposals take into account the equity of the company

I do hope you are right Wisecrow. I have become rather disillusioned these days. On the face of it, this does sound good indeed. If this goes anywhere into the teens tomorrow, I shall raise a glass in your name.

On AIM the market never does what you expect it to. So even though MBO Mcap currently might seem very small compared to others, it seems a stretch to get this into teens let alone 20 given that it nearly did 100% already today. Tomorrow there will be other shares with their own RNS and this one could be forgotten and quickly back to 5p

So in summary, we get a share in the 'Award' which is essentially worth $27m but no guarantee this can be monetised. Even if you take it at full value, $27m is around £20m which is where MCAP is now after the rise. Therefore, not much more than this to be expected is my take on this. Happy to be corrected if my assumptions above are wrong
