On Google i can see 285k at 3.90. Is this what people are referring to? Then again, Google shows 525k buy at 3.4

is it a delayed reported sell then? Can you see the time of the trade Shadoww?

The SP was for a company priced to go bust. This is not doing that now. So expect a re-rate

surely the RNS is simply saying that voting rights % has reduced due to additional shares issued. What's the big deal?
