A whole bunch of people here thinking the recent rise was due to expectations of some stonking RNS. Go and look at past RNS people. The rise is because control of the company is now in the hands of some very rich, connected people.
Always interested in hearing both sides to a story. Why do you think delisting? Do you think the major shareholders would take over the company and delist? What would that do to shareholders like us?
I'd really like to understand why this is being bandied about. The fact that the company has been given a loan reprieve at 0% is great and probably values this at 1p or thereabouts but why are we expecting multiples of that?
What makes you say that Santa-anna? Person who deals with this may have to come back pretty quick to issue a 'no known reason' RNS. How do you know something is up, let alone that it could be good news?
Surely resolutions passed today only suggests company can accept placing or the alternative which is to sell of stake to Korean partner. Can't see anything so far that suggests funding is close to getting sorted.
