I made the same mistake as you Darien. I thought it was 19% of 7% = 1.3% of $12bn. But that is not the case. The 7% is the stake that SVV have in Landvault. What is LV stake in iR, I can't tell.

What is can be sure of is what the management said in previous RNS that at the time of the LV sale iR was valued at $5bn and that would bring MFAI around $6m upon listing. So now if we say iR is worth double that figure, then we should be expecting $12m of and when all things materialise.

Why should Gordon...er..I mean Fonzi stop posting? This company has regularly stated and missed deadlines. If we are not in default because EHGOF have agreed to extend the timeline, then fine, just say so. It is the possibility that we could be in default that makes investors twitchy.

Sorry, meant to say 19% made up of 13% direct and 6% indirect holdings. That 19% is out of the 7% holdings in iR now valued at 12bn usd.

19% of 7% = 1.33% of $12bn = 159m.
