Large shareholders took warrants shares which basically means now that the company has no debts. It is a main market listing so would be rope for reverse takeover. And the significant shareholders are known RTO merchants.

The creditors have agreed to waive off the default conditions until the end of the year. We have NOT heard anything from the company to say that the transaction will be completed by the end of the year. Could happen end Oct or early Nov or very late Dec.

My point is, they have been working on this transaction for so long, I would expect them to be done by now. So what's holding them back?

Any idea when this transaction might complete?

I couldn't make out whether the transaction actually took place at 16:10 or not. If yes, then defo a buy but price action at the time did not indicate that.
