The last wee heard from the company was 27th Aug. Since then we have media reports quoting the administrator saying that RP is bust. Meaning there was no agreement from the creditors.

So Beacon has no more expectations of money coming in from RP and therefore the auditors will have to highlight Beacon as NOT a going concern.

Get it out and let's be over and done with it all.

Think most are simply...waiting'. I wouldn't go by the published buy or sell figures. Some sells were actually buys given real bid and ask at the time.

Not sure if you're misinterpreting on purpose DividendNomad. We all know the difference between a Takeover and an RTO. Just because somebody used 'takeover' as the subject title does not mean we all think it is a Takeover.

And re: the lack of visibility of the financial information relating to the company in Phillipines... that IS the reason why we are suspended. Because SH do not have access to this information. And we won't either until DISH have completed their due diligence, submitted the prospectus to FCA, got their approval etc etc. I am not sure if an AGM needs to be called.
