White the company acknowledged Brad's work on the RTO, they did not include any statement re: the RTO. Not even to say it is continuing and we'll give an update soon / later.

Almost as if the process is carrying on but Brad has been chucked out or left, in the middle of it all. So no real end in sight.

I don't want to be a party pooper but Brad leaving before RTO announced, new CEO being somebody random, not even connected directly to Its - all this suggests to me that the deal is not going through and they've brought in someone to keep the lights on while they work out what to do next.

Agree completely that either way, we should receive an update from the new ceo. Asap.

Perhaps Brad was unhappy with the proceedings and chose to leave? Hence the scramble to find an interim CEO who was not even a director before?

And why do you think accounts won't be forthcoming? There is no reason not to especially if the creditors agree to the deferral plans. After all, they do not have much choice do they? Call in the debts and get back peanuts or wait a bit longer and the full amount.
