Why in God's name would this be suspended? Do you know the difference between a suspension and a delisting? A voluntary delisting v involuntary delisting?

For any newbies reading the word 'delisting' and panicking, please understand that all that means is that your shares can still be traded via the company's matched buying facility. The company just won't be a publicly traded company.

JD will be keen to get rid of small PIs no doubt as well other bigger investors.

Cancellation of the listing completely. The company will set up a matched facility to allow shareholders to buy and sell shares once it had delisted. Details tbc.

All it means is that you can't buy or sell shares as you do today. A bit more bother but well worth it.

There is nothing new in this RNS other than to say the company is evaluating 5 potential opportunities. No contracts, no agreements. Just the same stuff repeated over and over.

"The Directors believe this division holds significant potential due to its intellectual property (IP), licensing agreements, and sales contracts." We heard you the first time!

"Oh look...we applied for a patent. Oh look, we applied for another patent...Oh and in case you forgot, we applied for two patents! Isn't all that wonderful?"

There is nothing here to merit a sharp rise.

Where do you get that from??? The company is evaluating 5 potential options for commercial collaboration. Nothing says deals coming. Stop ramping the life out of this based on lies.

Think RTOs can be anything from a few months to even a year for the complex ones. DISH has been in the process for 6 months I think.
