That is the only bit of good news. Beacon is not liable for any of Rhein petroleum debts. So, no licence either. Wonder how much actual money Beacon has left.

Rhein petroleum surely own the licences. Any buyer is not going to put money in if the licences are not transferred.

Correction. The Administrator in charge of RP is looking for an investor. I read that as a Buyer. Anybody able to stump up the price should be able to buy it a long as they can show the German authorities that they can manage the show abs deserve the permit.

As I see it, Rhein petroleum will cease as an entity and all assets etc will be bought out by an 'investor'. Not sure Beacon would be allowed to be that investor given that it has shown poor management so far.

And as far as I can see, RP is the only asset that BCE has. So results will presumably say - nothing left, we're a shell company now.
