You do remember that the FCA approval is not the sticking point here? It is the auditing of the Manila company that the Reporting Accountant is not happy with and they have not been able to resolve the issue. If they could, then they could finally submit the full proposal to FCA.

If that audit report is not right and it hasn't been possible to get it fixed for so long, I'd rather take whatever I can of money back please, thank you.

Whatever figuress you choose to apply, it doesn't change the fact that the price will depend on whether the stones are sold rough or cut. The company are going to work out the best way to sell these depending on market conditions and their capital + debt servicing needs.

Beggars belief what people choose to read in an RNS. The RNS shared by multi millionaire does not refer to any signing of gas sales agreements. It simply refers to 'finalisation' of the agreement - this was done on 25th March and had already been put out in an RNS.

Buy if you want but don't mis-read the RNS and tell porkies.

What the heck are you in about man? The rns is about a placement, the process of which will be used to fund "near-term goals" like signing of the gas agreement.
