Thought the 1.5 million homes to be built would boost the sp but that is starting to like fanciful thinking buy the government, on top of that the rise in stamp duty isn't going to help.

If as they have said its been harder and taken longer to secure the funding agreement it could be on terms that aren't as favourable as they would have liked. Aim isn't the best place to raise funds these days.

Re- interested parties, they could be looking for a low entry point to make it a worthwhile investment 🤔
