If they thought the company was worth more they could have raised money at higher price instead of 60p, like the float price of 80p for instance. They have set the market cap by raising at 60p, dont be surprised and beware of any future funding and dilution for future projects as ecclescake mentioned earlier, it could and probably will be less than 60p.
Just my thoughts and experience of said management and different view of things.
