The Company intends to provide a more detailed update on the prospective recapitalisation and funding plan in early October 2023. ?
Cant be easy trying to secure funding in the position they have got themselves in, an update would be nice though.
Morning all, in the q3 results there are a lot of things we did know and expected, what we didn't expect was the warning over loss per share for q4, obviously a weak trading period for deposits etc with no change in running costs. This seems to be the thing that has spooked punters ,or they think oh well nothing happening here for the next three months plus I'll disappear somewhere else for the time being, move money into another stock.
Hopefully things will settle in the next couple of sessions and the sp recovers.
Morning all.
Bhants would that be the triple lock that guarantees pension yearly increases (and benefits 🤬) but sometimes doesn't when it suits.
The cruise lines are re-aligning to a younger passenger who are still working so they can increase their prices 😂 we will just have to go on the £300 Costa cruise and if they put that up a fiver they can stuff that.
The spanish tax has been in place for a good few years now. Seems they are now hitting the pre paid drinks packages.
Venice was voting on bringing in a visitors tax on top of the already Italian tourist tax.
What do we do ? Take away tax free shopping
Short term its looking promising for the cruise industry, it seems to be attracting a new wave of cruisers since covid who are finding the appeal of a fairly speedy check in and your holiday starts, whether that's down to the price of flights and package holiday getting more and more expensive is another thing, who knows. Interest rates will certainly be helping the usual cruise crowd in the form of better returns so that's a plus as well.
Only downside is fuel costs going up, which they can manage to some extent
Morning to everyone, topo it does seem a little strange stopping ships when they seem to be putting some effort into providing more facilities.
Forgot to mention the additional pathway on the track up to the Briskdal glacier that wasnt there last time we visited.
I know Honisvag isn't on one of the fjords, a place that would surely miss out if cruise ships didnt dock especially the businesses. Cafes were doing a roaring trade especially the one by the harbour selling King Crab at £43 a pop that we sat in.
Topo I can remember being in Flam a couple of times before pandemic with the cruise ships not welcome banners on top house roofs, up on the hillside at the end of the fjord. My how it has changed since they lost the revenue through the pandemic, the place has expanded quite a bit and the train is pact once again with cruise passengers.
Sky lift in Loen near to Olden
Sky lift in Andulsnes.
Tune has definitely been changed.
Sp holding it's own so far today after a collapse over the pond yesterday.
The Flyrights look very similar to a trio that performed on the Sky Princess called Mobo doing the same kind of show, they were really good to.
Followed it up with a set in the piazza surrounded by the audience.
