Great post Mark, we should all respect a persons views as difficult as it can be at times. Passions run high, especially when the share price is under constant pressure.
As you say SD has his finger on the pulse and no doubt has picked up on the strength of feeling in regard to further dilution, hence the town hall meeting.
I seem to remember pushback on a similar potential share allocation a few years back that was initially rejected before they explained further and was passed after a second vote. Assuming my memories correct. Lol

Redirons, I’m interested to get your opinion of voting down the deal. I won’t support resolutions 3,4,5 and give away my shareholders rights. I want to see the deal before granting further dilution, so do you class me as voting the deal down?
There is absolutely no indication that it wouldn’t pass unless voting for all resolutions. Secondly your assumption that SD would walk if you don’t vote for all is slightly misleading since nobody can make that assumption, unless you know something we don’t.

People with similar views to myself seem to be vilified if we don’t vote for all, yet I’m not aware of anyone who has openly said they won’t vote for the first two resolutions, so how exactly are we not supporting the company?

We’ve had endless debates about shorts and are non the wiser for it. Truth is it’s a dark art that we’ll never understand and that’s why they do it.
If the market were regulated correctly it would be banned.

How many is largely irrelevant, it’s more important to understand why shorts have been taken out.

Point well made, my view is not about preventing anything or hamstringing the company but rather ensuring I get a say in any further dilution.

I agree Paddy, which is why I don’t think we need to give away our rights in resolution 3,4 and 5.
If he needs further funding that includes equity then he should ask and give Pi’s the right to take part.
Seeing as we will be generating income soon then there should be no reason to dilute further.

Regarding an NCM bid, it’s now or never. It could go some way to explain SB not having much to say on Hav the other day and given the massive drop in shorts in the past few days. If they go close to zero in the coming days then I think it’s odds on a bids coming as someone will have been in the know.
Can’t see how it could be less than 25p if they want to dislodge stubborn holders.

Having said that, I can’t quite understand how SB would square it with his shareholders given he’s been playing down for the past year.

Culpepper, I think most support the latest dilution, for obvious reasons, but don’t want to give further equity away after this deal is concluded.

100% agree Jiffy. We need to see some shareholder value restored before moving to the next stage.

Enough is enough, from this point on the dilution needs to stop. The company needs to stand on its own feet and stop giving away our equity. This needs to be the last time particularly if they are to proceed with a consolidation.

My glass won’t move to half full until the share price improves. Someone is trying desperately to relieve us of our golden tickets and smiling is the last thing on my mind.
Sd is doing his best to counter them with his latest move so fingers crossed we see a re-rate in the near future along with my smile ;-)

Everything will be the same pre and post consolidation, apart from the expense. It would change absolutely nothing other than appearance. As someone said earlier it may lead to less Pi interest and could lead to a further drop on the reset.
If we have to do it then why not down the line, rather than now. After all Ggp have issued all these shares and put us in this position.
Just to point out I have no issue with the recent dilution, apart from the warrants.

SB had no problem talking about the exceptional grades etc at the start of the project. If as you say he is smarting from the 5% then that’s no way to run a business. Professionalism is about moving forward when events don’t go your way. Seeking to aggravate your partner serves nobody, GGP and NCM alike. He should take a leaf from SD’s book and be respectful instead of appearing like a sulky kid.
If SB’s behaviour doesn’t change then expect games around the FS, I hope I’m wrong.

Not sure I agree Red, SB is doing very little to promote Hav which can only serve to pull us down, or at least try to. If he were only looking out for his shareholders then why isn’t he showing growing value and potential for comparatively little expenditure. The best way to make shareholders happy is to talk up all projects, when instead he’s gone seemingly cool on Hav.

I think NCM are playing silly buggers. Pure and simple!
This is not the way to treat a junior partner and I hope other potential JV partners take note.

The only acquisition that would make any sense right now would be an Aussie gold producer. Certainly don’t need another exploration company as we have enough going on with our own tenement's.
Can’t see anything happening anytime soon, but anything possible now we have some serious backers added to Shaun’s ambition.

I Absolutely hate share consolidation as all it does is hide all the dilution that’s gone before. It’s of no advantage to us Pi’s other than cosmetics.
Dilution for funding isn’t the problem, it’s all the warrants handed out over the years that’s the problem, not to mention the low price of the warrants over the years.

Thanks Paddy, I’ve just looked back over the PFS RNS and it seems it has scope to contain quite a bit more info since the MRE.

Havieron Feasibility Study

The Havieron Feasibility Study is estimated to be completed in the December 2022 Quarter and the study scope is expected to include:

§ Completion of a further infill drilling program by end CY21 to increase the Indicated Mineral Resource base for potential Ore Reserve expansion

§ Completion of the growth drill program immediately below the Crescent Zone for potential Mineral Resource expansion

§ Further investigation and optimisation of the Sub-Level Open Stoping (SLOS) design and sequence, including using any new Indicated Mineral Resources converted from existing Inferred Mineral Resources through current and ongoing drilling that can support production rates of 3Mtpa or higher

§ Initial assessment of future development options with further resource growth in the Northern and Eastern Breccia including evaluation of lower cost bulk mining methods.
