As stated I've actually seen it happen where a raise of hands was done in order to guarantee approval even when all pi's voted against electronically, I think it's totally wrong myself but sneaky bod's will do anything to get their way.

Secondly, the 1000 to 1 consolidation is all about the future fund raising which none of us pi's will be part of hence total wipeout of current shareholding, if you can't see that then you shouldn't be investing.

The main problem I foresee is Art will just do a raise of hands at the meeting in Canada to get all resolutions approved even if everyone votes against them electronically as I have done, unfortunately I've been in many shares where this has exactly happened thus going against the majority.

As I've said before it's quite clear Art believes in his mind he actually owns COPL and that he can do what ever he likes with it as previously shown, if the 1000 to 1 consolidation does go ahead all LTH's will be totally wiped out and the company will effectively be handed to the city big boys, I always thought it would go private one day.

It is somewhat ironic that Jeffreay Auld was the main reason why I first bought in here and was also why I sold out a month ago, his "leadership" has completely decimated this company from having once great potential to what it is now which is effectively a lifestyle company with the incompetent bod on their high wages.

The continued cash burn will undoubtedly mean a fund raise in the near future which two years ago was unthinkable, JA should hang his head in shame and step down before he is forcibly removed.

It's quite obvious now that there's no JV or RBL and probably hasn't been for some time hence why the market has the sp at 5.10p to sell.
By announcing the "possible" 1000:1 consolidation and name change on the quiet it shows Art is now desperate for more finance or rather helping/enriching his city friends by more placings in the future.
What annoys me the most is that COPL has so much potential but Art has killed any major rise and in my opinion on purpose, why pi's are so reluctant to vote him out continually surprises me even though everyone knows they are being lied to.

The fault are the regulators who allow ceo's to continually lie without any fear of prosecution, most ceo's are the same, now if they were all forced to link their annual wage to the sp performance you wouldn't get so much consolidation and confetti shares.

On the contrary it makes perfect sense if you want to stealthily remove unsophisticated pi's from a company and replace them with unknown bondholders or II's, personally I can see the company eventually going private with current pi's getting the bare minimum.
