Awba, I don't personally own any but I know someone who does (about 500K shares I believe) which is why I'm here and as someone said the other day with all the shenanigans going on it would make a great Netflix series.

End game in that I think right now Amit is trying to sell as many shares as he can possibly sell (as he has done since delist) on the pretense of $275,000,000 sitting in an escrow account somewhere waiting to be paid out (a classic 419), then when he's made enough money you will probably never hear from him again unless a Class Action is brought against him at some point.

If indeed what he say's is true then just publish the payment instructions and pay everyone right now without delay, until that happens then for me the above applies.

You know what I mean, rampers as in the one's who think Amit has never lied and that he's the next messiah.

Brel, unfortunately I'm still in with an average of 10p. If the consolidation does go though I will sell immediately and buy back in after the inevitable SP crash.

There's certainly an end game for Amit that's for sure.

If you apply it to COPL you get the following:

JV - there isn't one, either the discussions came to nothing or there was none to begin with, all hiding behind supposedly NDA's

RBL - again there isn't one, ask yourself this why aren't the banks throwing buckets of money at COPL if there's so much oil in place?

1000 to 1 Consolidation - this is purely for dilution and nothing to do with listing on another market, AM is guaranteed to consolidate the full amount

40% pay rises for the BOD - until COPL delivers it is now officially a lifestyle company, with even AM getting his family employed there, any pay rise should be performance related

87.5% SP drop since Atomic relist - either the drop is unintentional which would make AM incompetent or it was done on purpose to let the city big boys in i.e. to take it private

Rampers getting louder - when so much money has been lost on paper, desperation kicks in and all sanity goes out the window such as voting FOR 1000 to 1 Consolidation and AM, madness

People being negative - completely natural when the SP has dropped so much all due to one man's ego, greed, stubbornness, incompetence, hatred of unsophisticated pi's, the list goes.

What these little rampers simply don't understand is that AM is solely responsible for the continued sp crash, even if the sp was at 1p (entirely possible if he stays) they will still sing his praise blaming everyone else but themselves and AM, if you want change for the better vote AGAINST 1000 to 1 consolidation and AM because you won't get the chance again.

This one had bag written all over it.

I'm in with a punt, interested to see how this plays out.

The low placing price I would think is more an indication of how difficult it is raising funds in the current market rather than how bad the company is.

Quite right Ed, the higher the sp the better for another company to buy in to is nosense and is just a rouse to sucker pi's in to getting the consolidation away. I'm actually surprised that someone with 20M shares has fallen for it.

What most of the ramping crew don't realise or know is that Doug made some serious money going long on LGO, AST and 88E which Jiddy held on for years watching all his profit disappear, Doug doesn't short and he's definitely one of the few here that I listen to (wish I did at AST).

Anyway the AGM can't come soon enough when hopefully at least the 1000 to 1 consolidation is booted out.

Devilboy, the sole purpose of consolidation is to have future fund raises via placings, bondholders, cln's, etc. Each time that happens your shareholding gets diluted, the mcap might rise but the sp doesn't, it's not rocket science.
