I agree Tincan, the closing date is 30th March so I’d expect to be notified soon after with regard to my request for additional shares. Although I really don’t expect many to be available.
I assume that my share entitlement will also be processed at month end as they’ve not appeared in my account yet.

Yes there is an option to buy more shares at the same price. So I’ve asked for the balance to take me to 500k additional shares.
If the additional shares were not at 1.3p then there’d be no point in buying them as I can do that now at market rate.

Well after much deliberation I’ve elected to buy my basic entitlement of 286k shares. I also figured wtf, might as well make it a clean 500k so I’ve requested another 214k shares.
I’d have made it a million but let’s leave some for the investors who’ve held on.
Let’s see what the annual meeting brings up in early April.

I’d put a call into their office but really, what’s the f’ing point when they won’t share anything that isn’t public knowledge !!!
If they said “we are currently in negotiations with one, two or several interested parties”, the market would blow up and this would go through the roof. Either they aren’t, or they are and can’t say anything as we all know how that would affect the sp.
I cannot decide which it is.

Hi Gus, good job sending an email to Howard. I’m getting less and less convinced of spending another penny, never mind thousands. Although I’m encouraged by our Chairman's £450k contribution.
On moral and ethical grounds alone I’m waiting to hear what they say to this.
Imagine spending thousands of pounds to be told at the annual meeting on 6th April that this will ensure the lights are kept on until the license runs out at year end !!!
I really cannot see that happening, but without a proper update anyones reasonable guess is as good as mine.

I got a message from my broker advising my 285k shares are ready to order. I can’t see the buy price going below 1.3p so it appears to be a good deal.
My gripe though is that’s it’s low rent to make an offer, even a good one, without telling the investors what the plans are for the additional cash. And I mean reasonably detailed plans, not some flowery BS as noted on the RNS.
Anyway, I think it’s a good deal and my feeling is that most of the investors will take their share and the big boys will take whatever is left.

Barnyards, first off I’m no he/she. I’ve got a great big swinging dick and not afraid to use it, as a good many of Scotland lassies will be happy to confirm.
Couple of other points, one is that my break even is 5.2p, and it’s a sizeable total.
The other is your Christmas cracker wisdom, are you having a bubble with that crap. I’ll see your 'a profit is not a profit until it's banked' and raise you ‘a loss is not a loss until you sell’ !!!
I’ll simply end my rebuttal with the following…. BOSH !!!

Geochem, you seem very sensitive about your sell’s and profit taking.
An obvious difference between us is that you serm happy with a little profit, as are most traders. And that’s why our SP took a hit yesterday.
I was touching by break even price yesterday and never sold a single share because I’m positioning myself for a proper pay day and that takes a longer view.
If you’re happy with £600 then good for you.

I agree RG, I expect 3p+ today and a step up from there until take off which will happen when we get an official announcement on the development of Darwin. That will be some day !!!
Another good question is what price will we level out at before a farm in partner, or funding is announced ?
My guess is around 10p with a huge spike based on news, as noted above.

Hi Rookie, there’s a strong chance you’re right about todays price. I’m not selling a single share either. Why in gods good. And would I when I’ve got 284k shares coming to me at 1.3p when they make the offer to current holders. With a 5p sp I’ll triple my money !!!
The more I think on it the smarter I think that open offer was. Friggin genius really and a pat on the back to all holders.
