Question regarding a buy out4 May 2022 12:46
Hi guys,
Excuse my ignorance on the above subject. My question is this, in the event of a buy out is it a straight cash value for each share or do we get allocated new shares in the new company ?
I’d assume we get a cash value per share but you know what they say about assumptions…
I’m quite certain that a buy out is happening here. It explains the extra funds and licence extensions till year end as well as the very positive actions from our pals in Canada.
If you think about it, a farm in is great, but without knowing the exact terms it’s still a gamble. A buy out is practically certain to have a value of at least £400m which is an instant boost to the sp given the £30m value that we have right now.
It also explains the silence from the board and the delay with the annual results.
I’m telling you, this looks like a sell off and I’ll be happy with 40p if it’s a done deal.
I expect we will find out soon as there will be huge pressure on bor and our buyer to get this completed and update the market asap.
