You're forgetting the fact that only so much can be mined within a year. Just assuming it's a 20th of 100bn is too simplistic. It may be that it'll take 80 years to mine this resource. How much ore can a given mining operation extract and process in a year?

Who knows? But I do have a perhaps minor concern that, whilst the director's CVs are admirable, none of them have any technical expertise or any experience that would give them an insight into the renewable energy landscape, especially from a technology perspective. Not bought in yet... pondering it.

I think they're placed by bots, trying to influence the core price setting algorithm. But I'm not sure. Ought to be illegal, but the powers that be are the same people who benefit from such things (like mogg)

Cwalsh, if you're talking about the individual conical 'pipette' structures that are hanging down, there are 12x8 of them, making 96.

I'm also in EUA and this happens all the time. People there who claim to understand this say it's instis placing big buys at low limits, so the MMs pull the price down to let them get on board ('missing shares'). And sure enough, the proportion of EUA shares held by instis has risen steadily. So may be the same here.

It isn't really newsflow though. It's ideas and speculation and appreciation of some practical necessities. It's complicated by virtue of being cross-border, but with CEZ/CR Gvt being involved so directly and positively now, you can bet that schema and proposals are being formulated, considered and discussed. Eventually, an agreement - and it's likely to be quite big and complex - will be arrived at and it's then that an announcement will be made. They're not going to announce every little idea and proposal that occurs on the way to establishing one of the largest lithium producers in the world.

But tyres must be a good prospect for H extraction surely. Made from oil and rubber... Waste tyres are a massive problem worldwide. Would be good to have an efficient and clean solution.

Malik, I think some sort of cooperation or joint operation between the two sides is an idea that's been kicked about occasionally on here for years. It's a given that something is possible, just not given that it's a certainty. No doubt KC has it in hand.

I still can't figure out where external energy (electric or heat) comes from to operate this. Some comes from the chemical reactions themselves, but not all presumably. Just looking to understand balance between input and output... ie how efficient is this? And is it important that there's a clean energy source?

I'm wondering if the issue is that the wire has to be stripped out, meaning the tyres have to go through the same crumbing process as they do when converted to rubber flooring for playgrounds etc. And that this makes it too expensive. Vast market if it's possible.

Can the Eqtec system pyrolise tyres? (I believe the process is pyrolysis right?) To produce syngas and a benign residue.

It's the AIM. Few investors, mostly short term beer money grabbers. Half don't even know what the company does, they're just following the upwards line innit..
