So the first of those slides refers to the supply of Cinovec Lithium to 'the gigafactory', presumbly meaning CEZ's own. Are all other offtake agreements on hold until they know their own requirements? (I appreciate that CEZ are contractually bound to pay Geomet the full market price.)

How do you know it was a buy?

As an aside, does anyone know how to see market depth on the asx without having to take out a paid sub to something? HC used to show it by default but they've stopped.

@IP I looked at Core a few months ago, but it would have meant selling out of EMH and one of the problems with this share is something is always 'about to happen' so FOMO kicks in. One reason for my exhaustion with it.

Another mining stock that piques my interest is Cypress. But I'm always going to thjese things too early and getting trapped.

I won't debate the merits of Tern here, but they are sitting on top of a goldmine.. woops.. err, potentially huge, unicorn asset.

Fingers he is, but CEZ directors outnumber EMH directors.

Not that I'm encouraging EMH divestment, I'm absolutely not, and I agree with Colin that we'll do well here. It's just a question of timing for me.

But ignore the tern boards. If you want to see abuse, the advfn tern board is amazing. I actualy wrote to advfn and not only told them to close my account but to delete all info they had on me so disgusted was I with their refusal to police their boards. LSE is very quiet but partly because the trolls have closed down discussion. The only place to be is the telegram group.

Ha... EUA... what a joke that is. I sold most of my shares in the 20s at zero profit and the remaining tranche are so far under water they're lost from sight. To be honest, I'm pretty fed up with miners. Too unpredictable and too slow. I'm tied up in several and they're all under water. ASO on the asx is my biggest mining holding apart from EMH, and it just drags on and on and on waiting for assays supposedly. As soon as they arrive, assuming they're reasonable, I intend to sell.

My target company is TERN. Already my biggest holding, I've been there almost as long as I've been here and I'm expecting big things there in the next 6 months (hoping really big), and some short term action too if I'm lucky. And.. they're not a miner, yay.

Who is negotiating offtakes? Assuming the discussions must be between possible offtakers and Geomet, not EMH or CEZ, as Geomet is the supplier, who has the deciding hand in negotiations? Who has this responsibility? EMH or CEZ?

..just two things that are keeping me here.

One is that Cinovec absolutely must go into production for the sake of Europe's resource security and its location, ESG credentials and proximity to end users is possibly unique.

The second is KC's sudden radio silence where he's not even answering personal emails. This leads me to believe that significant talks are going on and that he doesn't want to risk giving any hints. This is an optimistic spin that I choose to take because the (less likely) alternative isn't palatable.

Actually there's a third... my belief that we're more likely to be bought out than have to wait for production. I just want a return now and this would be the fastest route to one.

These are keeping me here, but I'm itching to switch to an alternative that I have my eye on. So something needs to happen soon. Not that my leaving will have any effect as my holding is now so modest compared to the large number of shares I owned five years ago. But it's significant to me.

KC has dropped two seemingly massive hints recently. Firstly there's the mention of something just needing to be 'inked'. And the second is his statement that he recognises shareholders want an offtake agreement and his implication that this is imminent. But after years of being led along a path of promises, where we're still, after all this time, at PFS stage, should I be relying on his hints any more?

Honest guesses as to what those two 120k trades were?

Well CEZ building a GF or not building a factory does not determine whether the Cinovec Li will be sold. If CEZ build a GF, that's great. If they don't, we still sell Li. Why should the EMH price wait for a CEZ GF?

Or are you suggesting that CEZ will not llow Geomet to sign any offtake deal until they know if they need the Li for their own factory or not?

Not just a GF announcement. This Li is going to be needed regardless of where GFs are built. It's offtake aggreements we need. Although it would obviously help sentiment if a GF was going to built just down the road...

There's a suspicion that the FCA slowed its release up. They had to check to make sure it didn't say more than was allowed. Maybe the original did and it had to go back to be edited.

We're waiting for an offtake agreement. The below quote is from the CEO last weekend:

"So the key thing is any of my shareholders here will tell you what they really want me to do is to sign an off-take agreement because we've all seen what that does to the share price. We will do that, it's been advantageous to us in not doing it too quickly because the terms are just getting better and better. Off takers are now prepared to give you terms that they simply weren't prepared to give you 12 months ago or six months ago and I think that will continue for some time with the supply demand equation"
