We should bounce off a very long term trend line here that originates back in 2020. Unfortunately, the overall trend is down, and has been for a long time. If we can break through 39 then the next resistance seems to be at about 51, and then if we're lucky we might spike up to 67ish. That's assuming no news, of which there damn well should have been some by now.

If you're lucky enough to buy below the mid price, financial websites like this one show the trade as red because they assume is was sell... being below the mid. But no one but you and the MM actually knows what it was. You could always have volunteered to pay more, then you'd get a nice pretty blue colour.

I think it presages a larger, more complicated company, especially working with EVM, and that this bodes well.... but yes, perhaps for the longer term than we expected.

I think they're too big for that. They will build their gigafactories, and they will strike sourcing deals. And there's more than enough in the ground at Cinovec to for multiple customers. The timing is problematic purely from the PoV of us retail investors. I'm itching to reap some reward here to take the pressure of my need for spending money, and also because I see an opportunity to switch into something else and the timing isn't working out.

I think that's all long gone. The world's moved on and it's all a different game now. VW's biggest problem I think is their arrogance.

But regardless, my money's on this thing going through. Anyway, if CEZ don't partner with VW, the latter could still set up their own operation and CEZ could either go it alone or there are plenty of others they could partner with.

Will this result in EMH continuing to own 49%? Well I suppose that's anyone's guess. Personally I think we'll be bought out, and that may be part of the negotiations for all we know, hence the radio silence. But who knows?

The delay is on the VW side. That article says "The automaker will create a new company called Power Co..". So perhaps everything is waiting for PowerCo to become established as that's who will sign any jv deal. Gawd, it's like watching giants dance in slow motion.

If I'm right, then it's pretty much certain to be inked. CEZ is majority state owned and the Gov desperately wants VW to set up a GF there. They're not going to let it go.
