The following amendments have been made to the "Interim Results for the half year to 30 April 2025" announcement released on 16 July 2025 at 17:36pm under RNS No 3745R.

Under the fifth and final bullet on 'Corporate Highlights' the date July 2026 was given. This is now corrected to July 2025.

All other details remain unchanged.

I for one will be picking back up the 50% I sold earlier, 10p sounds very reasonable even if the company are burning cash like there's no tomorrow.

Thanks Frogfish, I agree that I'll hopefully see 20p again at some point, but I dont believe that the ongoing costs of running the business will mean we can get to 2027, even if that side of the product development is being covered by our mystery development partner.

Having been sat underwater for a fair while (avg 20p), I've taken this unexpected uplift to move 50% of my holding to ITM making the most of their tree-shake late in the day.

- I dont think we can make it to 2027 without another fund-raise.

- After this much radio-silence, it's an RNS for a non-core part of the business (literally spun off as a separate entity).

- Other firms in the general H2 market seem a much more solid prospect.

Regardless, I celebrate all LTH and the wins we've seen recently!

Positive news, but as I still own more than the CEO does, not that comforting yet.

So it's another test/pilot/certification unit. Hardly the multi-unit order we'd been suggested would arrive this year.

Interesting to note the differing efficiencies in Hydrogen consumption :

- AFC Energy : 'H-Power Generator: S Series' : 0.076kg/kWh

- Intelligent Energy : 'IE-POWER 1T / 1U' : Less than 0.070kg/kWh

- Intelligent Energy : 'IE-POWER 4' : Less than 0.070kg/kWh

Though admittedly, the S-Series is capable of much greater outputs.

I'm glad I bought in the open market, as in the end InteractiveInvestor offered me zero allocation, so I must presume it was already filled by the time I committed my request.

Didn't want to particularly, but bought just under 400k in the open market this morning at 15.23p, not least to make the most of an opportunity to average down (now just shy of 20p), but also as I doubted my placing allocation would be fulfilled completely.

Already 'in the money' on those, but as always I'm hoping for a much higher price in the mid-term.

Its sad that ABB don't care to invest anything more, but hardly surprising given we appear to have utterly failed to deliver what we promised them to them initially on time.

Well that was a little sooner than I expected, and at 15p. Ouch.

I have to hope that the relatively small amount they're trying to raise is enough to get them to volume manufacturing and meaningful sales!
