Do you think they might headline and publish a tweet saying

‘mAbs do not improve outcomes for hospitalised adults with COVID -19 .’

Because a specific trial failed ? Because they have failed and I am pretty sure they would not consider posting in such blanket generality.

Various research shows approximately 80% of folk just read the headlines hence the 80 - 20 Rule.

MrCosts the timing and lack of accuracy does leave some real unanswered questions.

Given their investment in Interferon based trials how was this authorised and why now ?

It’s incredible how short people’s memories are.

I personally don’t take my lead from someone who repeatedly ignored science and boasted about shaking hands with everybody he met in hospital.

Understandably there is little appetite to scrutinise much of what has occurred at the moment for fear of distraction.

The latest debacle with a lab just set up with the apparent sole purpose to profiteer in a crisis just goes to show you can magically be awarded £100s of millions of public money without established expertise or competence.

Very wiffy smells around many of these mega deals with no transparency.

Much better to present our wares worldwide than be constricted by governmental halfhearted schemes, unqualified favouritism and chaos imho.

There has been considerable unrest from GSK shareholders and a realisation that whilst holding a bulging war chest their new product range is lagging behind comparable pharma.

With the imminent company split aggressive acquisitions to sustain their future is anticipated and similar acquisition discussions are being floated over at SAR.

Obviously looking to compete in a similar space to SNG so credible that they would seek to swallow up the competition before we get too established.

The more mega funded potential suitors the better and whilst GSK remains conjecture I wouldn’t dismiss it.
