Avocet. I didn’t predict dropping in my last post. The sp has just dropped 3% plus in the last hour. Just saying that is the day traders getting out after the price plummeted 10% this morning.

Avocet. Not sure I have mentioned dropping once. It is clear currently that the day traders are in control here though. The LTH topping up couldn’t sustain these big movements.

Avocet. It’s not crazy intraday moves. It’s day traders buying and then when they have the 5% or whatever selling. Then it drops quickly as the day traders who are a little more greedy wait, but get out quickly when it drops like it is.

Joshua. Well the markets are speculating on dilution. We can all spout deramping etc. It’s not deramping. The goal posts have changed. The risks have increased for the shareholder. Who wants to be left holding the shares if it is dilution. Someone will benefit greatly from this, get a nice little royality perhaps, or get millions of shares on the cheap, or no lose bonds, but it will be at the pi expense. People have been having a go at me for mouthing off. The shares continue to slide yet I am getting stick. The marker was laid first thing Thursday morning and it hit it again today. All that is holding this up is the traders.

Vigneron. I am a believer in the project. I held for 2 years before selling after the RNS . Still hold on my sipp. What do you expect though. We are getting diluted fill stop. You can dress it up how you want, but bottom line is dilution. Now why would I keep my money in here knowing it will be worth less. It might not be but the risk increased 10 fold for me. I know I will be back but not until the full finances are known. Yes I will pay more, but I doubt I will pay more than what I sold for on Thursday. I never wanted to be out of here overnight because I felt a Torp could land, and that would be the last piece of the puzzle to get St2 100% debt. That has now changed. I don’t think a Torp or two landing now would even stop the drop.

The fact it states “wishful thinking” in the headline would lead me to believe that the reporter isn’t taking it serious. I think if others believe this will effect the sp, is well erm wishful thinking.

Oh come on Stokey. All 4 would in a round about way be dilution. If it’s not straight debt we will be diluted. If that means royality deal, a percentage of the company ,strategic partner, bonds, or making new shares, it all adds up to diluting the company.

Stokey. Firstly. The value of the company has increased since pre stage 1. That’s a fact we can all agree on. A shareholder who had the shares pre stage 1 at 26p and sat on them doing nothing has not benefited from the company being worth considerably more. That’s a fact. That’s the problem with dilution.
Secondly you can’t have it all. I asked today why the stage 2 has been put back to q1 2019 and have been told it was for the bankers to do more due diligence because of the RNS. Yet everyone is saying the 1.5 billion from the banks is set in stone. So we are allowed to say that is set in stone, but we are only allowed to say we might possibly get diluted.

Littlened. It’s not about waiting for the endgame. It’s about current shareholders getting diluted. If you get diluted to much then you don’t make the money. Which ultimately is what we all want. So for example when the sp was 26p prior to stage 1, the mcap was what? I can’t be bothered going through but for ease let’s say £800 million. Now the mcap is about 1.2 billion. So 400 million added to the value of the company yet the shareholders who continued to hold from both dates be done nothing have not benefited 1 penny for the company being worth a considerable amount more. If they keep doing this you arrive at a company worth billions yet you are no better off for the risks you have taken. For some it’s fine. But for a shareholder who bought at 38p when the company was valued at 1.8 billion. Once dilution hits, what will the company valuation have to be to get back to 38p.

Did C.F. give the reason why the stage 2 finances we are getting off the banks has been pushed to q1 2019? I understand he has pretty much stated that he has got the 1.5 billion secured but why q1 next year now?
Did he also say why the figures are not out yet? How much of the stage 1 money have they left?

Milo. You say it quite flippantly. What if we give them 5% royalty. We have already agreed to give Gina her royalty too. Who next? What if we go on dragons den? Go on with 5% maybe get 20% of 2 dragons.
