Would you concur with that. Wether that be dilution, partner. We need to go to the market and say here you go. We have raised the half a billion, now lens us the money.

So would Gina prefer us to get stage 2 financing or to not get stage 2 financing. As everyone as stated she is a business whizz.

Shep. I have never professed to being a mining expert or business man or finance guru. Sometimes it takes a bit of time to sink in or have others have to explain.
I have been on lots of boards in LSE though and seen the chatter of those who do profess to be experts. Unfortunately they only see in black and white and refuse to listen to anyone who have different thoughts.
All I am interested in is company value. I want it to go up and I want my share value to go up at the same percentage. I have only talked about dilution since CF started talking about it last Thursday.
Wether it’s dilution or strategic partners or whatever else. It all boils down to the company being valued higher and someone who isn’t a pi on the make. All at my expense. And I don’t like it.
Tough if you think I am being negative. I don’t know why it bothers you all so much. You clearly all know more than me.

Alan. I still have some cards left on the table. I have had to Derisk though due to the recent news. I have took £20k out completely from my Isa which has now been spent. I still have £45k sat in my dealing ISA doing nothing. I don’t want to withdraw that as I will then lose the ISA privilege.
I am discussions with the wife though with what to do with that. Clearly I am still following developments here. I just cannot being myself to reinvest currently with the threat of dilution hanging over us.
It’s the same as when I never invested until after the stage 1 finance was announced and it dropped to 20p.
I know I might be coming across negative but that is not my intention. I am purely trying to gain a better understanding by asking difficult questions or where my views are confused, seeing if the likes of Myo can alter my views.
Unfortunately it gets people’s backs up and becomes like a playground. I just want to keep it professional.

Lol. How on earth can I deliberately read something wrong. I interpreted it wrong but not deliberately. I just read 5% reducing to 1%.

I read it as.
If we mine 10mpta she gets 5%
If we mine 13mpta she gets 5%
If we mine 13.1mpta she gets 1%
If we mine 20mpta she gets 1%.

Dgr. Don’t be ridiculous. It’s confusing when it states reducing to 1%. I thought it meant the 5% reduced to 1%. You are just paranoid because you assume I am being negative. This is my hard earned money in here, as it is everyone else’s. It’s important to know and understand everything. I am not negative I am more cautious about everything now.

It makes it sound like if we go over the 13 mpta she will only get 1% revenue. But she will actually always get 5%. And a little 1% extra if we get the planning permission to produce more than 13mpta.

Well it is hard as I got confused.

So if we produce 20 mpta in year 2029. We pay 5% royality for the first 13 mpta and then we another 1% revenue for 13mpta to 20mpta.
I though in 2029’we would only pay 1% on the whole 20mpta.

Dgr. Hang on a minute. I have had 2 different answers now this morning and it makes a huge difference. So what is the fact.
I thought and proactive thought the same thing which actually would make the deal better for us. 5% reducing to 1% when we produce more than 13mpta.
Or as was corrected to me. 5% for ever on production up to 13mpta and an extra 1% on revenues made after we produce more than 13mpta.
I think the latter is now true. So which is.
