What if there is consolidation between now and then. Technically the sp would be higher but less than 21p if not consolidated.
Although I think by 2023 the sp will be multiples of today’s price.

Thought it might held on for 20p but a good end to the week.

Avocet. Yes the conference call said the 400-600mil will be spent before we get a penny of debt. But we will have the green light for the debt before we do the placing. I doubt we would get the placing without knowing the debt will come.

Don’t be silly Kirk. Anyone who said at 38p it was going down to 5p was more clueless than you. Saying something like that with what we knew at 38p was just a stupid deramp like the one you are foolishly trying to do now.

Milo. It’s not uneducated. It’s a ramp. Same as the ramps of, “ now we are approaching 20p again”, said when the sp was at about 19.2. Or the other days this will close above 20.5p, when it clearly didn’t. Or the bargain sp, mm manipulation etc etc. This is all accepted and unfortunately some invest on the back of these comments.
I am trying to discuss the fundamentals. Stage 2 finance, Ginas deal. But it seems that we cannot have those discussions.

Oh come on milo. How much has CF personally bought from his own money. Cole at XEL would have had exactly the same kind of shares that he gave himself. Family money lol

Biginvestor. It’s been a bargain price since that RNS in September. I reckon everyday since then, it’s been a bargain price. 28p Bargain, 25p Bargain, 23p bargain. It won’t drop below 20p. All these comments day in day out. All lowering people’s investment. Comments designed to try and make people buy.
Yet when some mention the truth. The truth that came out of CF mouth on Monday. That the money we have left will be gone within Q2 and if they cannot get any more funding then the mine progress will be slowed down, they are shot down in flames.

Jessell. The project is fantastic. The jobs it is creating in the area, especially for youngsters is fantastic. Unfortunately it cannot be financed as sxxwoupdbjave liked so therefore I cannot see many PI currently invested to do well, even when the mine is complete. The amount the shares will be diluted in my opinion to see the mine built, will make it impossible for lots to ever see a return.

My big boy pants are soiled. Where’s the support? I remember watching this break 17p for a nano second. 17p was strong but that was a few years ago. A few years ago we had a field and a load of money after stage 1. Now we have had lots of progress on the site but running out of money. I honestly don’t know how this is going to play out and I’m scared.

Dinger189. Exactly. As we all know money talks. Myo can list all the great things happening( although some things are behind schedule), but if we have no money then what do we actually have? The Mcap has now fallen below a billion again.
Where are we placed in the FTSE 250?
That is my next worry. We got into the Ftse 250 and was able to attract better investors. Are we in danger of losing our place?

Why what what others thinking stage 2 might be.

Completely agree. Like taking a plaster off. Short term pain. But I think it would have a positive effect.

John. We are nearly a third of the way through the first quarter of 2019. If we are still on track, the mine should be ready in about 10 plus quarters. Yet we still haven’t organised the money. I don’t blame CF etc. I blame the unfortunate situation of Brexit and the general economy and the stupid government for not helping this project more. But this is where we are and the SP is where it is, because they cannot get the money men on board. That is the worry for everyone. We are running out of money, the company is valued at 1 billion and it’s not currently looking like a 1 billion pound company.
