I personally don’t think CF will be here after September. I think his job will be done. He is a financier and if we get the bonds through and the 2.5 billion credit facility then a new CEO will come in who has a different expertise. Where I work I have seen 4 x CEOs and each one was brought in do complete a specific task.

Lost in the casino. What do you expect him to do? There is or will be soon a new wave of private investors. They also will attend the AGM and if they are 10% up with a sp of 16p, might hold CF in the highest of regards. Some won’t even know the history of the planning permissions etc. They will just see a massive mine being built creating jobs and almost fully funded and they won’t get diluted. They will be happy as pigs in pooh.

KOH. But you are thinking about the PI over the last couple of years. New pi will be having the same dreams. There Dream’s buying in at 15p and getting a divedend of 8p are the same dreams of those getting in at 35p and getting a div at 20p.

We are now witnessing a changing of the PI. Some in the high 20,s high 30s etc will be thinking this is a dog of a share. But someone who got in say 15.5 on Friday will be thinking this share is ok. All PI will have different perspectives and that is why CF really shouldn’t care much for the PI. He has to do things for the company and PIs have a choice on wether that will work for them. The most ardent of Pi could be out by pressing the sell button. Why should CF be looking at looking after them.

Koh. I disagree. Say those in at 35p are waiting for 2 pounds. That’s a 6 bagger. Those buying in now in order to 6 bag will need the sp to be at 90p. If the sp goes to 10p then sp of 60p. Say those in at 35p were waiting for dividends of 20p, then dividends of 8p ish will be similar to someone getting in now.
Maybe the dreams of those with high averages have to reign it in a little, those with much lower averages can dream just as big. Unfortunately that is dilution. But it is far from being over.

I don’t agree with that. There was always a chance that it could have gone our way. I didn’t want to take the chance. On Monday with the price at 22p, the risk was it dropping to what it did. The upside was a re rate. I would have felt worse being out watching a re rate. I believe I can trade my way out of the 4p it dropped ok Tuesday and already half way there. I am not going to beat myself up. I am an amateur trying to play with the big boys.

The time to sell was on Tuesday. You could have sold all day at 18p. People will still buying above 18p on Tuesday even though we knew that 18p was going to best case scenario and 15p worst. Although history suggested the bottom figure would be what the equity would go for.
The gamble was holding on Monday and I took the gamble to hold. I waited for the dust to settle on Tuesday and sold at 18.04p. I will still buy but not yet. I will buy back 250k shares and pocket the difference like I have lots of times.
I am going to work out later exactly what I have put into sxx and what I have taken out. I think my average was about 12-13p. Which is ok considering the lowest I ever bought was 17p. Sitting on your hands is not the way to do it, I know that. There have been times the last few years where I have traded well and paid of my debt and times where I lost 40k shares and felt awful. It’s requires lots of luck and leaving some for the next man. I know this share will not enable me to retire now. I think you get caught up sometimes in wild dreams of £4 a share etc and I think it shows that money has to be worked hard for, not filling ones head with silly dreams. If it looks to good to be true then it is not going to be true.

Nonsense. Stage 2 will be decided in September if they get the bonds. The SP will then be at the mercy of the bond holders. Just like it was with the last bondholders. This is a trading share now for the foreseeable. Some will gain but most will be spiked time and time again.

The only way the sp will ever reach £3 is if they consolidate. I am assuming we will have about 9 billion shares in issue. So £3 in 5 or 6 years will mean a Mcap of £27 billion. How you can say we could be worth that much is plain silly.
People are saying the sp is lower than before planning permission. That might be the case but the actual value of the company is a lot higher. It’s just that we investors have not seen a penny of the the company higher valuation because of dilution.

I disagree. The only reason we have II interest is because they will make money again on the back of the Pi. They won’t keep the shares they will flog them on the next artificial ramp. The bond holders get guaranteed money. I wish I could buy a bond.

Mr dt. Stage 1 was done at 20p and days later was at 17p. It will drop lower than 15p because of the uncertainty, and also because everyone is so annoyed.

Don’t ramp. Finance is not sorted now. The 400 million is, but sxx has still to jump through lots of hoops.

Yes but how well did the OO work last time. 20p OO and a few days later you could pick up shares at 17p and you had that opportunity for months when we we stick in the 17p-20p range.
