Lauren. 3 billion debt, 400 million equity raise. We still haven’t got rid of the equity raise from stage 1. How many extra shares will we have come production ? We have stage 1 cb, Hancock’s, stage 2 who knows. We currently have 4.6 billion near enough. How many come production? 5, 5.5, 6? Anyone have an educated guess.

Oilman. No you wasn’t correct. You came in here to cause trouble and had absolutely no idea what you were on about. You got lucky and I am in no doubt that you haven’t even made a penny from your luck.

Rusirius. To be honest. Yesterday showed just how little everyone of us in here knows. Even that joker, can’t remember his name, just got lucky saying sp will drop below 30p. We can speculate all we want. The media can hype it, the sentiment increases, the sp goes up. We all get excited. But some poor sod is left nursing huge losses, because they bought at 39p and clearly none of us in here had any incline for yesterday’s bombshell.
Round and round it will go again. Sentiment will increase, I will start dreaming again, but once again some poor sod will be left high and dry. I have no clue what to do. We are at the whim of the money men.

Paaa. No I didn’t mind the dilution in 2016. That’s when I got in. Yes I have done well. Doesn’t mean I want to be diluted. Why would I. I have not lost the plot. I am not just going to grin and bear it though. Investing is about re evaluating. Not just being loyal and having your fingers in your ears. Things have changed and I am not going to sit about and watch the inevitable just because I like sxx.

We are not only ripped off if we sell. If we hold we are diluted to death. We might have a big mcap, but what’s the point in that, if the dilution has caused the sp to remain pretty much where it has always been. Yes late adopters will do well, but LTH shares have all been diluted.

Tony. Every quarterly update we have had the” on time and on budget”. It’s seems they were just paying lip service. As it’s certainly isn’t on budget and with us needing wider tunnels and the tunnelling being at a slower rate, then it’s doubtful it will be on time.

Furthermore greedy bankers. Help inflate the share price by buying in and making it artificially rocket, and we will give you notice that we are about to issue bad news. Sell, open your shorts and watch the money roll in. DgR. I am just sick of how the money men will screw is over. It’s nothing to do with the sxx project. I still in love with that project. It’s the underhand way that the common working man is ripped off. Time and time again.

Stokey. Why would you like be happy about doing more TOrps than required. The TOrps will be at a discount. Should just achieve bare minimum to appease banks.

Oh the mine will be built. Just like the channel tunnel was built. It will happen no matter what. It’s just who really will pay for it. Who will make easy money. Who will lose the shirt. It’s timing and as this week has soon, we are the last to know. That’s what angered me more than anything else.

Under the Royalty Financing Agreement, Hancock has agreed to: (1) purchase a royalty on the Project of 5 per cent of gross revenue on the first 13 million tonnes per annum ("mtpa") of sales produced in each calendar year and 1 per cent for sales volumes above 13 mtpa in return for US$250 million (the "Royalty") and, (2) upon drawdown of the Royalty purchase amount, Hancock will subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company in an amount of US$50 million subject to certain conditions. The structure of the Royalty Financing Agreement is similar to that of the arrangements with mineral rights holders and runs for the life of the Project or 70 years, whichever is longer. The funding obligations of Hancock under the Royalty Financing Agreement are guaranteed by Hancock Prospecting Pty Ltd.

Paaa. I concur. I have had to change tactic though. I left my sipp alone. I have got 150k shares in there. I can buy and sell but I cannot touch the money for another 15 years. My main holdings in my ISA are currently sold. I sold in 2 batches today for 28.3p. As yet I am not sure what to do. Earlier today I was all for getting the money out and paying off a good chunk of my mortgage. Also considered buying a Marco Polo camper van. I am confused. My main aim when initially investing was to pay my mortgage off before my deal run out. I have gone through my dealings and trading in sxx and I am currently 112% up. I could take out my initial investment and free ride the rest. I just don’t know.

Dol3. Hi. The only reason why I mention the channel tunnel, is that when I went to an evening bbq in the summer, hosted by my pension providers. I asked one of the traders from investec about Sirius. He said it should be good, but early private investors will be diluted to death. He then told me about the private investors of the channel tunnel and how they lost pretty much all of there investment, due to dilution. It knocked me back a little and left me a little deflated. But I dismissed him but it always struck a chord.

Paaa. I have trusted Chris. And I still think the 3 billion will be 100% debt. It’s the extra money that was the curve ball. So best case scenario is we raise 400 million shares via dilution, plus the existing cbs still to convert, plus ginas deal. What is the best guesstimate for how many shares will soon be in issue?

Dave. How is the current royalty deal with Gina going. Forgot about that. She did well out of the deal though. We do not want a deal like the one with Gina.

Well yes. If we dilute it will go down to that level. What will the level be though. This is the problem though. When it was 26p after planning permission. How many shares were in issue then? We could find ourselves with an mcap of 5 billion and still a sp of 26p because there are so many shares in bloody issue.

Dave. The last offer to the pi was not very good. The sp dropped way below the OO price. I have only been disappointed twice in this company. Today and when we tried to get the bondholders to covert early. Both times it has made me realise how we are at the mercy of the ii. Was anybody here an investor of the channel tunnel?

It’s such a loyal share in here. Chris should approach the pi. I would happily loan them £50k for a 6% return to keep the filthy bankers from making money out of us. How many others would have done the same.

Finally. I am not even angry at SXX. I am thouroughly annoyed by the greedy bankers. They hold all the power and will screw the average man on the street. Arghhhhh

I don’t think the sp reaction was over done. We now know the shares will be diluted. At what price. I got in here after stage 1 finances. Think that when it was agreed the sp was about 30p. It was so obvious that the sp would drop to the offer price and most waited. Except the guys who were in love with the company. The same will happen again. Although we don’t currently know what the offer price will be.
