I can’t be bothered going back through probably a few thousand pages plus. I am on my phone and it will take ages. Just know that I was saying it would happen, when it did happen based on a presentation, yet it was the similar responses saying it can’t be done, it’s not guaranteed etc etc. People on here like to think they are experts. They talk like they have experience of this,because they are savvy enough to press a buy button. They talk and find problems with everything, or need justification in everything, yet people like CF just do what they have to do.

Myo. Who set the parameters. Who wanted 6-7 MPta signed. Who set the goalposts? It sure as hell wasnt sxx. Those goalposts will not be moved and cf will achieve everything set. Therefore it’s guaranteed.

I remember the so called experts were all doubting when we would be able to join the ftse 250. Some had said they were working for companies and it doesn’t happen so quick and they had to do this and that. They didn’t though. We joined and that was it. I wish I could find them posts and see who the doubters were then. I was talked down to then, like I am now. C.F. has achieved everything he needs to to satisfy the terms of the finance. The TOrps are pretty much done and dusted and we are in control. Remember CFs comments after we joined the Ftse 250, describing negotiations like night and day. We have got major players as customers now and it’s ludicrous to think we won’t get the target( at sxx timings). So if sxx are doing everything needed to get the finance, then I don’t think i need to justify the reasoning why I know for a fact we will get the stage 2 100% debt. It’s you guys who need to explain rationallly why we won’t. Saying money for banks is tighter now is ridiculous. Saying lending is not there due to markey conditions is again ridiculous. C.F. has jumped through every hoop needed, yet you guys are still doubting.

Ok KOH. I cannot spell it out any different. I know it will be 100% debt. It’s not wishful thinking or trying to have belief. It’s 100% fact and I look forward to speaking on the day it is announced. Casapino. This sounds like C.F. He is hard-nosed, clever, devious , driven and very well-paid depending on how successful their deals are . So don't believe that they will act charitably, they are a business

I honestly don’t understand why some of you are invested currently, unless you are pretending to be, and raising uncertainty for your own gains. If you don’t think C.F. is going to raise the 100% debt, then the sp is going to tank. I am invested because I know it will be raised. Some of you guys clearly don’t think it is, so why are you not putting your money where your mouth is and selling. My money is where my mouth is. If I had any doubt, I would sell and get back in when we are at 17p again.

Casapino. Was it for a mine in the uk, the biggest for 40-50 years. Raising billions of $ for a company that is creating 1000s of jobs and will effect the GDP of the nation. I played 5 a side football last night, it doesn’t mean I could be a pundit on sky sports discussing the 442 diamond formation

Casapino. Nonsense. You are discussing things you have no idea on. It’s not just black and white. There is no reason why we cannot raise the money as discussed via debt. Banks make loans all the time. They invest in bonds all the time. Will have different departments and risk catoegories from everyday loans to joe public and ventures like this. Why don’t we just leave it to the expert financiers to arrange and stop having opinions based on people perceived expert knowledge. It will be 100% debt as stated. All the TOrps are lining up. C.F. has delivered on everything and more than he has stated. You talk like you should be involved in all of this at board level, and people might be wrongly impressed because you talk of bonds and interest rates.

Ha ha. It’s hardly a guess. It’s more a acceptance. C.F. states 100% debt and I believe that to be true. I won’t be posting if sxx is not 100% debt as I won’t be a shareholder anymore. I have 100% confidence though. Well it’s not even confidence needed. If you told me that tomorrow was Friday. I wouldn’t need to be confident it was Friday tomorrow. I would just know it’s friday tomorrow. That’s how I feel about stage 2 being 100% debt.

Also. The ftse 100 and 250 were down today considerably. Stands to reason why we are down. Roll on Torp.

Totally agree Alan. I cannot wait. I am excited every morning at 0700 when checking news. It’s coming.

You are a shameless deramper but answer me this. With all the impending doom, what will the potential debtors do with the money to protect it from this? Put it under the bed?

Would love to hear from traders who are out at the moment. I could have stayed out but think we are due a Torp any day. Are the proper investors who are just trading this at the moment, not concerned with a Torp landing in the morning. Do you think you will be able to get in quick enough at 0800 if a Torp is announced ? I think the next Torp will take us above the requirements and see the biggest rise. Can anyone answer?

Someone last month tried trading it and sold out the day before a Torp was announced. He was gutted. He is likely still out now, maybe never to return as the sp is probably about 4 or 5 p higher now than when he sold. For what. Trying to amount a few thousand. Some will fluke it correctly and feel like the trader of the month. Most will get it wrong. The one who fluked will push his luck once to often, which is what I did last year.

Euro. I didn’t trade yesterday. I bought some shares in my sipp. That was it. I will always look at opportunity to get out and in again, but the risk of being out when you should be in, could be life changing.
