Warrants:
The moment we receive RNS regarding exercise of warrants will also be the signal they've been sold (forward-sold) IMO.
Therefore, such an RNS would likely encourage a move forward.
It's possible the warrants may remain in situ for quite some time but given the MO of the entitled party we can take a safe stab that his intention will be to exercise/sell into a price rise sooner rather than later.
We'll see.

Hope so (seller gone/going/leaving). Time will tell.
Price remains very attractive against the unfolding story IMO.

He certainly has followers, that much is true.
If he ramps DEV any more today his gut will likely explode. Pathetic!
The last thing DEV needs is more pumpers, dumpers, rampers, derampers or sheep.
Investors are better placed investing in their own judgement rather than follow agenda driven cash machines.

He's another pump and dumper who no doubt - after buying this morning - will sell against any early rise above 4p.

Yes, it is a little frustrating. Good choice of words.
We have some seller baggage, plus 3% warrants outstanding. The big news of cash neutral by Nov 1 was missed by many in recent results with derampers focussing on 2 percent growth.
Between now and Xmas i'd like to see announcement ref achieving cash neutral along with some sales data.
Until then we are drifting somewhat. It would be nice to hang around the 3.8 to 3.95 until buyers outweigh sellers. We'll see.

For speed i'll direct you to the RNS dated 2nd Aug (Issue of Equity) covering exercising of warrants to Jarvis.

"Dev Clever, a leading developer of career development and virtual reality careers guidance platforms announces that it has received notice of the exercise of warrants over 2,290,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 1 pence per share from Jarvis Investment Management Limited ("Jarvis"). The aggregate gross proceeds of this exercise are £22,900.

Following the exercise of these warrants, Jarvis has no further warrants and the number of shares over which other warrants are outstanding is as follows:

Number of shares 11,826,264
Expiry date 21 January 2024
Exercise price 1.0p

You can claim the reason of your choice, but at the moment the price is unsupported.

Yes, there is a seller but news of sales figures etc would undoubtedly help when it comes. The seler will not exist forever.
I would just point out for the rampers that there remains 3 percent in warrants available at 1p to the very same spiv that has caused most of the selling pressure in the past.
JH, i don't see a comparison between BIDS and DEV. BIDS potential far outstrips that of DEV. It's chalk and cheese.
