This BOD hold contempt for shareholders. They're not sharing the same journey as those investing money.

News of Christopher Jeffries name appearing in London Gazette during October 2019 in relation to his (and his wife's) formal request regarding voluntary strike-off of DEVCLEVER CONSORTIUM LIMITED (Company number 08491174) hasn't helped.
He truly is the master of timing.

What would negative commentators be saying if he sold into today's news release. You could argue he knowingly sold below a value he knew he could have easily realised. He waited for a suitable 'lull' moment in share value and momentum.

I have concluded that Chris Jeffries is not someone with sufficient business sense to guide a business to significant profit in the UK, let alone USA.
IMO Chris Jeffries has shown himself to be great at tech, poor at business and thin on the substance which matters.

Today's RNS should have been released on 4th Oct - at the beginning of the campaign.

It's very simple. Yet another mistake from CJ
He implied (announced) they were marketing the Educate product from 4th October.
On 28th October they release RNS with lots of old news and no mention of confirmed contracts. Either they didn't start marketing to schools on 4th Oct OR they did but have no sales or signed deals. Not even a glimmer of mention except for 'good feedback'.
The contents of their next RNS were always going to be important/pivotal. What a wasted use of a single bullet.
