I think many general private investors do not fully understand the 'halving' effect in its entirety. They hear the word 'halving' and think 'reduction'. IMO ARB are correct to push for capacity. The mining landscape will see change post-halving.
You have to give credit to ARB for their decision making and their timing. Timing is everything.
It comes down to one base question. Do you believe in the future of Bitcoin as an recognised store of value and would you like exposure to that asset via a proven & ambitious global mining Co?

Dev could announce they're cash neutral. Clearly they don;t want to OR they are not.
Dev appear very content to allow the price to fall.

On the flipside, if the new CEO - within a fair period - buys a healthy stake in Dish while actually executing his vision you have new investor interest and more than likely share price upswing.

But, currently you're 'way' is not supported by facts or history:
Timelines not met, targets not met, BoD short on integrity and a falling share price.
What astonishes me is they didn't entertain telesales in conjunction with 'knocking on door's'. A business like this needs to run with the ball. Speed of execution is everything.
As for shareholders, Dish has become a trading stock. It's not being bought to hold by the majority.

Nice of Dish to talk about cost savings after wasting valuable cash and valuable time. Months and months to hire these super-duper territoty managers and then months and months to work out their strategy was flawed.
Everyone could see it. Seemingly, Dish BoD couldn't.
You wouldn't want this BoD operating a vehicle breakdown service. You'd be roadside bound for months, if not years.

IF you believe the FDA will greenlight Polarean's NDA in Q2 of 2020 then this week's price movement is irrelevant.
Even IF a placing is required (yet to be determined) prior to commercialization, the FDA approval in Q2 will have a fundamental positive effect on Polarean's immediate value making any placing easy to digest for shareholders holding at current levels.
Interesting journey. Well worth holding IMO.

Release of news was already anticipated.
Short term traders selling. No surprise. No big deal.
Antipation of positive results of the readout - in approx 10 weeks - will encourage buying pressure from short termers with a more long term investors taking a position on pullbacks as the position of the Co moves closer to FDA approval.
Entry and exit price is all that matters. Until you exit the share price is interesting but somewhat irrelevant as long as the Co position remains as expected.
