This share is illiquid... we went from 33p to 44p in a week without news... this is going to be a roller coaster but we haven't started the climb yet.

45p quotes for 160k shares two days ago when the s.p was 38p.

1.5m trades per day last week. Volume today? 259k

Imagine what happens when good news comes out and there is 1m more buys than sells? This could go to 50p in one day.

OK thanks. Was just wondering if there was technology could be licenced or engineering assessment carried out to a third parties tailings process as all drilling and DFS on the primary graphite process has been carried out so it would be a late stage entry.

Northern graphite, current reserve 0.63million tonnes

Value per tonne = $69.56/t

Recent selling price = $1,572/t

Cost = $1,033/t = $539 profit per t

Syrah resources, current reserve 18.09 million tonnes

Value per tonne = $35/t

Recent selling price = $636/t

Cost = $668/t = $32 loss per t

Tirupati graphite, current reserve 6.9 million tonnes

Value per tonne = $12/t

Recent selling price $954/t

Cost = $302/t = $652 profit per t

Yet TGR are 3x to 6x cheaper.

The best results from Syrah was Q2 2022 with a selling price of $662, cost of $543 = $119 profit per t

Tirupati graphite TGR have 86kt of contained graphite as a byproduct at one of their permited Graphite mines.

Is there perhaps an industry player who would consider joining them under JV to install a processing plant to upgrade the vanadium? Bushveld, Largo or Ferro Alloy maybe?

I see on 26th April, BAT (who we bought the Mozambique assets from and who are now a 5% shareholder - increasing to 10% by december), they carried out a placing for AUS$1.6m. They also then carried out a share consolidation. And they have been releasing a steady flow of news.

As we also gave them quite a ɓit of cash as part of the transaction, it would indicate that they are well funded now and therefore the shares they own in Tirupati are not in any danger of being sold.

Bringing this to the top again for anyone who hasn't seen it.

Following the announcement of the completion of the Suni Resources acquisition, I've spent the past three days researching and drafting this relative valuation analysis on Tirupati.

Simple message: TGR is brutally undervalued in comparison to its peer group. My view is that it should not simply be trading in line with the peer group, but in fact at a significant premium to the peer group average.

As the business stands, I think TGR should be valued at in excess of 200p/s.
